I don't understand Caputi being sent down but Lasch could use the ice time considering he's barely played recently.

Maybe Caputi could have something to do with the veteran limit. We've got Parent, Smaby, Guenin, Caputi, Hendry, Maroon, Pelley, Rosehill & Bodie who have all played 260+ pro games which was the limit the last time I checked. It would explain some of the questionable scratches also.

I can't say I understand some of the crap that Yawney does.
Would like to think this is a message to the remaining players start working on your games or you could be next. The ADS have played like crap for the last couple weeks and need a wake up call.

After one rumor that was posted, Yawney can bag skate them a week straight for all i care.

Have never understood why coaches think bag skates are effective. Maybe once a season, but no more.

Rumor was that 4-5 players where seen out around 3 am drinking and partying the night before a game. Time frame puts it right in the middle of their standings slump, mid-November.

They are young guys and i get the whole partying thing, but they can get trashed on nights that they don't have to play a game the next day.

I agree, we all know hockey players like to drink and I'm all for partying every now and again but never the night before a game. Playing hockey hungover is not fun and it certainly affects your performance.

But did they blow a 0.30? And were they dressed as Teletubbies?

(I'm referring to Sheahan)

Not Cool

First off, I am no angel myself. But our guys should be looking at the back of the eyelids in their beds at 3 AM the day of a game. Party on when you don't have to play that day.

Hershey-Norfolk to be televised from D.C.

http://theahl.com/hershey-norfolk-to...m-d-c--p180571

Maybe the game bring broadcast on TV will get the ADS players to move their feet and start playing 60 minutes.

Link below is to the comcast sports channel coverage finder. Not sure if you left coasters will be getting the broadcast.

This means we get two games in a row with great feed quality? (Bridgeport has borderline HD-feed at AHL Live)

I'll just be glad to watch a game in standard def.

Watching college hockey last night reminded me just how bad these web feeds are.

Yeah, last night I pretty much knew where all the players I recognized were at all times. These AHL streams? Well it's a chore trying to figure out who everyone is when they don't have the puck or aren't near it.

Hahaha exactly. Like when we would play Binghampton I was trying to keep track of Silfverberg (I just drafted him in my dynasty draft) I rarely caught sight of him.

Didn't see this posted anywhere else. Lindholm has been cleared to play Friday against Hershey.

That's great news. Although, am I the only one irritated by the lack of news from our affiliate?

We had even less information when we were affiliated with Cuse imo. But, ofcourse, now with the lockout we expect more info.

I'm not even sure there's a beat writer who covers the Admirals. I do think the Crunch had a guy who covered the home games though.

Syracuse had the beat writer who was pretty good. Much better than anything we've had so far in Norfolk, despite the fact he took shots at Ducks management (and still does I'm pretty sure) every chance he got.

Broadcast tonight

Ads game tonight is being broadcast by Washington Capitals broadcast crew and production crew, I suppose, on Direct TV channel 624.

Will it be broadcasted with a high quality feed on AHL Live?

The game is sold out!

So why isn't Samuelli putting some of the Ads games on channel 56 locally, which he owns?
