Hudon may be a smaller player but with his skills and all-in play every shift he gets, this kid is a can't miss if he stays healthy.Love the way he plays,No Fear!
Did anyone catch the Sportsnet HBO-style feature on the Saskatoon Blades? The installment last night made the team look like a complete and utter mess.

The episode I watched showed Molleken basically at wit's end with the team. They were getting thumped on the ice and lots of suggestions of off-ice issues as well. The episode concluded with him making a trade, but it was odd to see a team with Siemens, Dietz and Thrower getting pounded 10-1 and looking completely inept.

I completely forgot about that, looks like it's on again tonight at 7.
There's also the video of yesterday's game, incredible play for an assist indeed.
Both assists that game were amazing haha. Anthony Duclair completely danced that D. Hopefully he falls to the 2nd round and Habs have a high 2nd (which should be guaranteed without a lockout)
He's saying that he looks what's happening with the bulldogs and the canadiens. he plan on getting in the habs line uo next year. That or a important role with the bulldogs.
Nice to see Deitz score the winner in the Blades 5-3 win over the Hurricanes, the come from behind win makes them winners in 4 out of the last 6 games.Saskatoon needs to conserve energy for the long Memorial Cup run at the end of the year.

Yes Duclair and
Erne are amazing. Duclair could be a steal he is lightning fast.
Read today that Thrower might be back on Friday. The injury was said to be an upper body injury today.
Good to know, as I will be heading down to Red Deer to see the Blades on Saturday and was hoping to see both prospects in the lineup. When the Blades came to Edmonton for their first visit, Dalton was serving one of his team imposed suspension games.
Based on what I saw of MTL prospect Charles Hudon in summer games vs RUS (on TV) and live at Subway Series, he's a lock IMO to make team.
Hudon is still a boom-or-bust style prospect in my mind, but it sure looks like he was a steal for where he was drafted. I was pretty impressed with his play vs. the Russians. Definitely one of my favorite prospects.

On the contrary he is a pretty safe pick. will play in the NHL the big question is how big a role will he have, reminds me a lot of Ray Whitney and Mark Recchi, guys that play bigger than their size with hockey sense up the wazoo.

I definitely see a little Dr. Recchi in him. I still wouldn't call him a "safe" prospect" but he's getting there.
