We've advanced. Everyone can now set their draft priority. There's no live draft, so you have to set your player priority.
I'll give it until 8pm EST Tuesday (11/27/12) for everyone to set their draft priority, then we'll sim through the draft.
Once the draft is over, we'll sim to the re-signing period. You have 5 or 6 days I believe to resign players. We'll sim one day each day. So every night around 8pm EST we'll advance to the next Re-signing day.
After that, free agency starts. I'm not sure exactly how much it sims to start free agency, but will find out.
It happens. Never played him before and had no idea what to expect going in (which would have been the case for most of the teams from the East). He kicked my ass in games 1 and 2 if I remember correctly. 3 was pretty damn even (although I feel I may have had a slight edge, but that may be bias) but it didn't go my way. 4 I played the better game but didn't win. Quick had an awful series (and probably let up the 3 softest goals of the series in game 4 when I needed him most) and Anderson played like the love child of Patrick Roy and Martin Brodeur for 4 games. But hey, it happens. Not like Ottawa didn't deserve to win or anything. Played a hell of a series. I just don't think it should have been as "easy" as it may appear as 4 games. But I guess that could be said about any series. I won each of my first 3 series' in 5 games each, and I didn't think any of them were nearly as simple as that would imply.
Now... when do I get my rematch against Ottawa next season?

Start re-signing your players. I think we should do a sim each day, for 5 days to let everyone get re-signed. So that means re-signing starts now, and will go until Sunday night when Free Agency starts.
With so inactive the FA pool is going to be huge. Not to mention the messed up rosters because these guys are not signing anyone to replace those who are gone. Could be a problem in the beginning of the season.
