OHL follower here just wanting to comment that Galchenyuk is a special player. I'd say he's overall the most talented forward in the OHL, possibly a tie with Strome and McDavid (yeah McDavid is that good). He is the epitome of the centre position; every play that Sarnia makes is run through him, he is never an accessory player on the ice at any point in time. I would have taken him 1st overall last year over Yakupov (I said that at the time of the draft and I stand by my statement now). I would love to see him traded to London because he is exactly what we need, but I doubt it happens; I think he is in for the longhaul in Sarnia.

By the way, someone was asking for a player comparison earlier, I would say he reminds me a lot of Jason Spezza, with quite a bit of Bobby Ryan mixed in

London has the assets. I'm hoping by the deadline he goes to one of the southern Ontario teams.

I imagine it would take Remi Elie, Owen Macdonald and a decent pick if it was London...imagine

Domi-Galchenyuk-Griffith
Platzer-Broadhurst-Welychka
Horvat-Tierney-Anderson
Jammes-Rupert-Rupert

That's a Memorial cup lineup right there. The 4th line is better than most OHL teams' second lines

I searched him up. The people I found don't look like they have anything to do with galchenyuk

Big game against Saginaw tonight.

Last time they faced was on November 4th, when Galchenyuk posted a goal and two assists, and was a +2. Hoping for another solid effort tonight.

No offence, but there's not a chance you get Gally for that.

I watch them on TV with the OHL Action Pak, but I'm pretty sure Hockeystreams.com shows all of their games, and so does OHL Live.

Sounds like I'll be going to the Sting/Spitfires game next Friday as long as my buddy and I can get tickets.

Here we go! Delayed start, same as a lot of games in the OHL right now - due to weather.

Galchenyuk playing LW on a line with Sarault and Boucher.

BOOOO... 1-0 for Saginaw. At least Moutrey scored it.
