First fight think nothing of it.
Second fight, as a ref, i would have told both sides to stop
Third fight, stop the game and tell the kids to go home.
There is no reason to allow kids to fight...period. In my opinion what i saw was very disgraceful and actually brings down the game of hockey.

lol Awesome, I love seeing that. No harm done, the kids are wearing cages and get some anger out.

These two teams didn't look like strangers. It looked like this was brewing before-hand.

It's not like they were taking their buckets off and dropping the mitts. Or worse yet ripping each others helmets off.
There was some obvious animosity between the two teams, most of which probably existed beforehand, and they had finally had enough of each other. From the looks of it no one was hurt, and ill give them all credit for being men and fighting than slashing and cross checking each other which would have been far worse.

Where I'm from, the game would have been called a lot sooner.

There was a Timbits brawl between periods at a Spitfires game last year... Lol.
Probably the funniest hockey-related incident i've ever witnessed. Refs and mascots trying to break them up...
One little guy even flashed a discount double check title belt. My fiancé spit her pop out laughing. Lol

No harm done ... and look at the team play - notice how well the players all stuck up for one another? That's a good lesson for kids
I'd just be concerned with the 3rd man in situation - let them get out their aggression - but you can't let kids come into a fight in progress, that's when it gets dangerous.
