Not sure if they just have a young team or a weak team but it's good to get a breakdown like that. I noticed they were out shot by a decent margin if I remember correctly and they were also playing an obviously strong team. Anyway, just wanted to make sure to post that I didn't take any offence to you responding to my post.
I'd also like to post that I didn't take any offence to you posting about not taking any offence to him responding to your post. LOL. Sorry couldn't resist.

Another day at the office for Hamilton

When is Camara going to slow down? I thought his first week was surely a flash in the pan. Happy to be wrong.

I was just reading a little article on MSN about Eric Comrie - it reminded me of the blog Kirk once did - is that still around? May I trouble anyone for the link?

Thanks,

T

He won't slow down as long as he continues to play line with Mark Scheifele.

TSN has some pre-WJC stuff up from McKenzie that talks about Dougie's potential role now that Murray has been ruled out. Button suggests he's a possible candidate for the "C". McKenzie suggesting on twitter Camara might get a camp invite for a bottom 6 audition, Subban likely starter (no surprise), Griffith an outside shot at camp invite - only likely if NHL resumes and guys like RNH, Schiefele, Strome, Huberdeau aren't available.

Ferlin seems like another forgotten guy this year. People were talking about him game-to-game last year. That seems to have dried up so I had to find the stats myself haha. He's got 0 goals and 5 assists through 9 games if anyone is interested. Has anyone seen any Cornell games this season?

I saw Cornell play Harvard and Ferlin was the best forward on the ice. I think he's going to pick up the pace.

Khokhlachev had a goal and an assist today. That matched his entire production from his first 19 games before the Subway Series. He also added another assist earlier this week, totals of a goal and two assists in the four games since coming back.

Nice shot.

Sweeney mentioned that Koko could play in Pro at the end of the year.

Grzelcyk had a nice wraparound goal tonight, he came up the left wing on a rush got the goalie to go to the left post went right by him and wrapped the puck into the right post lightning quick. Bu won 3-1 then 2 minutes to play 2 empty netters and a late tap in for BC made it a 5-2 final.

I was at the game, too. I noted to my friend that Grzelcyk made a poor play in his end blindly backhanding a pass from the boards into the middle of the defensive zone. Then he takes off up the wing going almost end to end to score the wrap around.

He seemed to be getting more ice time than I saw in the first BC/BU game earlier this month.

Met Pierre McGuire and Doc Emericks last night at the game. Pierre was loving the BU BC rivalry and had a lot to say about Grzelcyk. Made the Ryan Rafalski comparison several times.

Griffith with another assist tonight
Hamilton with another assist tonight
Subban gave up 2 goals on 41 shots

I'll add that the B's currently have 3 players in the top 20 for scoring in the O so far this year. Griffith is second

Griffith so far this year

29gp 19g 30a 49pts. Strome is ahead of him by 10 pts for the lead

Hamilton so far this year

30gp 7g 32a 39pts

Camara so far this year

28gp 19g 15a 34pts (I believe he was shut out of points this weekend) I'll add I'm not sure this includes tonights totals.

Griffith had an assist and not one, but two shootout goals. 19 round shootout that Griffith won with his second goal.

That was a very nerve racking shootout. Wanted the Knights streak to keep going so badly.
