This. Egg whites do not contain cholesterol. You'll be able to eat another 2 egg whites each morning.

Don't skip the yolk entirely though. There's good biotin in the yolk and biotin is rather important for metabolic functions including metabolizing fats. If you're one for rejecting the yolk in the name of a healthier heart, then just keep to no more than 1 a day and no more than 3-4 per week.

Silver, some people workout to relieve stress, some people play video games.
I turn into M&M. Besides, I have a week of exams coming up. That food will allow me to skip cooking an entire meal once a day and make for good late night snacks. A few of my friends who go to school also have exam week coming up so it'll make lives easier for everyone.

You turn into M&M?

The chocolate candy?
Eminem?
Or M&M meat shops?

I don't understand the world...

New receiver set up, everything works.

Cable works, everyone speaks, and I get full surround audio. I try to watch last weeks walking dead episode, to catch up before the one on now... There's no voices. There's sound, but thes no words coming from people's mouthes. I try to watch a recorded episode of comic book men. Same thing. So it's a problem with amc. Solution? Set audio language to Spanish, and get **** sound, from a single speaker. I don't get it, and I dot want to understand it either

Get over yourself. I've been waiting since Summer, and continue to wait until the end of March for the new season of Game of Thrones

Silver, if you're active and workout 3+ times a week you don't need to worry about the yolk. It's very healthy. You don't need to worry about it if your heart is healthy and you're keeping active. Don't eat more than 2 eggs at a time (special occasions not withstanding). You'll be fine.

What does Catholicism have to do with it? Versus Christianity in general? Never considered myself either but have always celebrated Christmas. Mom was raised catholic but rebelled as a teen and explored Buddhism, Taoism, etc. Dad was born Jewish but is extremely anti established religion. Grew up in a pretty eclectic household but Christmas is much more a nice tradition that promotes family, giving and good spirits than a religious holiday anyhow these days, in my opinion. I love the Christmas season and I have never been to church in my life.

He looked familiar. But if the series follows the comics, Rick starts to hallucinate a little bit.
