Zadorov and Porkins coming over together would be ideal, get to have someone who speaks your language going through the experience of coming to North America at the same time. The Knights are such a class organization, it wouldn't surprise me if they already have an experienced billet or two lined up who are able to provide adjustment support specifically to Russian kids. Namestnikov wouldn't have needed it, IIRC, but these guys likely will.
