If Subban and Markov play the PP together, odds are Markov will be on the right, so that Subban has an easier pass reception for the point shot, just like how when it was Markov-Souray, Souray played on the right so he could hammer his slap shot on net easier.
I forgot about how Markov - Souray were used. I was jsut thinking how he's fed Streit from left side and the few instances I've seen him with Subban Martin was insistant on putting PK to the right (which he often did even without markov). It was frustrating but yeah I hope you're right, makes much more sense to have Subban on the left side. Should put up high numbers as well.
The lockout might be the best thing that could have happened for Markov. He gets to find his game with no pressure from Mtl fans and media. He's getting his ice time and slowly getting back into his groove.
He dropped the gloves first too. If he can get back to form in the KHL, will be very good for the Habs when the NHL gets back going.
Well, if he had a goal and an assist yesterday and Two assists which for some reason weren't counted last game and the fact that he's playoing 20+ minutes a night, then Markov is slowly getting back his game.
Markov as always is the key cog to the team. If he gets back to form, the whole dynamic of the team changes. People forget how good he actually was.

Markov should stick to playing the finesse game, even though the guy hacked him by his knee with his stick.Andrei shows he hasn't lost his passion for the game and will be a leader on the Habs when the Lockout ends.People forget how good he actually is and will soon remember.
