2002 Red Wings vs Avalanche
2006 Hurricanes vs Oilers
2011 Canucks vs Blackhawks
1994 Rangers vs Canucks
1974 Bruins vs Flyers
2003 Devils vs Ducks
2004 Lightning vs Flames
2002 Montreal vs Boston
2003 Anaheim vs Detroit (all Giguere)
2004 Montreal vs Boston
2009 Pittsburgh vs Detroit
2010 Montreal vs Washington (personal favorite)
2011 Montreal vs Boston
2011 Chicago vs Vancouver
2012 New York vs Washington
Despite the outcome, I think the Sens and Sabres in 1997 is my favourite. It was the first time I was truly emotionally invested in a playoff series, and it was a hell of a lot of fun to watch. Y'know, aside from watching the Sens lay an egg on home ice in game 6, then Ron Tugnutt's glove disintegrating in overtime of game 7.

Two teams I couldn't give less of a crap about, so I never saw a second of that series. Not even by accident. I missed out.....
How has the 2009 Penguins vs. Capitals not been brought up yet? Game 7 was lopsided, but the first six games was some of the most dramatic hockey I've seen.
So many "moments" in that series. The dueling hat tricks, Varlamov's absurd stick save, the Ovechkin knee-to-knee hit on Gonchar, the Penguins winning two OT games by deflecting pucks off of Caps defensemen, etc.
Hurricanes/Devils 2009 gave me some of the most dramatic mood shifts of my life. The series had a GWG with 0.2 left, no repeat winners until Games 6 and 7, five one-goal games, and two overtimes. Oh, and it features the craziest Game 7 ending I've seen in quite a while. At the time NO ONE payed attention to this series, but it may have been the most exciting round of hockey in the 2009 playoffs
1994 Sharks vs Red Wings is what got me into hockey. Loved the sport ever since. Forgot how unreal of a save that was by Irbe til I just saw it again. Fedorov would have gotten a nice suspension in today's NHL for that one too
Still trying to forget the tennis series the following year...
2010 Montreal vs Washington
"Ohhh! Halak! Not giving an inch!"
2012- Philly vs Pittsburgh
That series was insane. No kidding, I believe Halak in this series was the most dominant a goalie has been in the playoffs since Giguere in 2003. He was just unreal. Everytime you thought he was out of position, he would just stretch his arm or his leg to make un unreal save.
Generally, the Montreal Boston series are always very entertaining. Except 2009, we got destroyed by the bruins...

Thanks jerk.
Ha... I almost got on the Canes bandwagon after that when the beat the Bruins in similar fashion. They had something special that year.
My favorite series is probably Ottawa/New Jersey from 2003. That was the most stressful hockey series of my lifetime.
