If anyone's interested, "Miracle" is playing on AMC on Saturday

I pace around my house way too much. I have a window that has a clear view into my first floor too so neighbors must think I'm crazy.

They might be right depending on why you're pacing.

I may actually stay in some form of shape because of it. Last time, I walked through one particular path for about 3 hours.

Reminds me of my grade 6 and 7 years. I reckon I must covered enough distance to get from Vancouver to NY. Something's on your mind perhaps?

It does help me think. Passes quite a bit of time.

Any chance you dress up or put on a nicer outfit for these walks from time to time?

Haha, I have a habit of throwing on a dress shirt and putting on a suit jacket when I do one of my thinking paces.

I don't do enough cardio to justify having that much yolk, so egg whites definitely make a little more sense. Actually, I don't do any cardio. Oops.

Agree with all here, Walking Dead was pretty good last night, I'm not too mad about waiting 'til February, I have to wait a lot longer for shows I like better (Mad Men, Game of Thrones, specifically).

I remember reading Tips and Tricks magazine back in the day. Renting a new SNES game and having to comb through old issues of that, EGM, GamePro, etc trying to find the codes. Good stuff.

Just finished season 4 of Breaking Bad on Netflix. Gonna have to wait a while until they add 5 I guess, but dayummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Spoil:
Gus' death scene was ****ing brilliant. The way Walt got Tio to cooperate and then the bomb going off. Then Gus walking out of the room with half a body. Holy **** was that epic.

Hmm... I may have to try this strategy. Lots on my mind lately and no outlet for it. Pacing may help.... who knows? Although my dog would probably just follow me around and be like WTF.

I'm also going to try to be more active in this OT thread.... The problem being that I'm not online all the time so I there's times when I come back and there are like 4 pages of posts to go through...

I started doing it thinking that maybe it would help some blood flow and aid some introspection. I have absolutely no science backing any of this up but it has become a full blown habit and I find it really helps me prioritize my day and recap.

there's plenty of science backing it up. Take my word for it.
