Silver, if you're active and workout 3+ times a week you don't need to worry about the yolk. It's very healthy. You don't need to worry about it if your heart is healthy and you're keeping active. Don't eat more than 2 eggs at a time (special occasions not withstanding). You'll be fine.
I don't do enough cardio to justify having that much yolk, so egg whites definitely make a little more sense. Actually, I don't do any cardio. Oops.
Agree with all here, Walking Dead was pretty good last night, I'm not too mad about waiting 'til February, I have to wait a lot longer for shows I like better (Mad Men, Game of Thrones, specifically).
I'm also going to try to be more active in this OT thread.... The problem being that I'm not online all the time so I there's times when I come back and there are like 4 pages of posts to go through...
Hmm... I may have to try this strategy. Lots on my mind lately and no outlet for it. Pacing may help.... who knows? Although my dog would probably just follow me around and be like WTF.
I started doing it thinking that maybe it would help some blood flow and aid some introspection. I have absolutely no science backing any of this up but it has become a full blown habit and I find it really helps me prioritize my day and recap.
