I just found out that my mom is going to a wedding in Mexico in February. My parents have been on so many holidays lately.

Toronto wedding then Niagara Falls holiday in September 2012

Phoenix (Dad only) Golf trip now
Mexico (Mom only) wedding in February 2013
Mexico in March 2013
I have been on none of these, and I think my last holiday was Hawaii in August 2010

And fwiw, I would not want to go on any of those trips. WAY too hot, and toronto. I really want to go to Sweden, either France or Switzerland for the skiing, and New Zealand so I could explore the LOTR settings.

I wouldn't mind missing out on Toronto, but Niagara would be nice, I would like to go to all the others, and the places you listed, and pretty much anywhere.

They are entitled to enjoy their money and time.

If you want to go on vacation, then pay for it yourself.

I understand that, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to go places. It isn't like people want to go only if they have worked. And for anybody that is a ridiculous amount of time to go away.

If you do end up getting the chance to do some traveling, I highly recommend Italy. The views are spectacular, the food is better and the culture is about as rich as it gets. Just a spectacular place. I can never see myself settling down there, but it is a paradise if you were to spend a few weeks or a month. My favorite place while we were there was Sorento (also visited Rome, Venice, Florence and Cinque Terre, which is kinda like the Italian Riviera). We had an amazing hotel with an amazing view and the food was just amazing.
