Fernando Llorente (Good chance at him)
Wesley Sneijder (No chance, probably wants play on a big name team)
Adrián López (Saying Madrid needs money to keep Falcao for future CL and needs to sell players for that money)

Don't know a lot about Adrian, opinions?
Had one scoring streak last year and became greatly over hyped, good dribbler though and can play anywhere on the front line but is very wasteful. You'd probably be better off keeping the money and try to extend Walcott.

Well, I'm not disagreeing that money should be spent else where like getting a dmf. Upgrade your wingers or improving the back line.

But like I said, Rooney has barely played as a striker this season. He's probably gonna be more of a midfielder whether he likes it or not. He gets more touches anyway so it's better for him.

Welbeck seems to only have good international form. Chico is better as a sub.

All the other guys like macheda and bebe are goners. Lewa is at least younger so could form part of a strong triple threat later on

Man, Fergie really doesn't want to lose in goal difference ever again

But Lewa's arrival might also mean the end of Josh King's United career. He's one of my favorite players from the academy. But I reckon if he becomes available, Ole will take him at Molde which is not the end of the world

Read somewhere that the great Juninho P. is in talks with the Red Bulls. Would be fun to see him play even at his old age.

Only 12 mil? Seems very low for Lewa : /

Going to miss seeing him play for Dortmund! Anybody have any clue if Dzeko is going to be heading to Dortmund?

Should still be good for a couple of free kick goals at MLS level.

The source on that Lewandowski rumor is pretty horrible so I wouldn't get all upset just yet. The Metro and Caught Offside are as bad as you can get.

Almost certain Dzeko will be leaving City in the near future. Not sure if it'll be in the Winter or Summer though. Really dependent on what City do and if they manage to get Jovetic or another striker.

No rumours in the Bosnian media of Dortmund though. I've heard Juventus, Milan, Bayern, Atletico Madrid and Tottenham. Dortmund would be better served to add somebody who isn't Cup tied and who could play in the CL for them IMO.

Lewa is not going to ManU, Juve is going to try hard to get him. Although if I were Dortmund there is no reason for them to sell him in January, they're still in the champions league.

What is his contract situation?

Not only are they still in the CL, they've looked like a legitimate threat to challenge for it. Unless his contract is up in the near future, I just don't see the reason for selling him, unless he's making a fuss about leaving (which doesn't seem to be the case), or someone is severely overpaying for him.

Edit: Didn't realize this was end of season, so never mind.

And he's said he wants to play in the EPL one day, so you gotta figure that like Kagawa they'll sell him in the summer.

Have a feeling that Sturridge to Liverpool finally gets done. I won't be doing backflips if it does. Have read rumors that Liverpool is sniiffing aroung Huntelaar and Remy as well.

And it was Dzeko's long outspoken dream to play in Serie A.

What players say generally gives very little indication of what will actually happen.

I don't blame him, the guy is around 30 and will start to regress soon and the problems we're having now (not as bad as Aston Villa, but close), wouldn't surprise me.

If he does leave, then we gotta start rebuilding and hope this is a wake up call for the effin owners.

Also thanks Buckethead for the info!

It's really no surprise. With the emergence of Jenkinson, it was just a matter of time before we lost our best RB.

Arsenal is now tagged as a "feeding club" for the money spending teams and have become satisfied with a 4th place finish in league play, giving them a CL bid to generate more money... with no real asperation to win it all.

The fans, IMO, are getting short changed for the past couple of years and that's a sad thing to see, from a once proud fc.

INTERWEB rumors speculating that there is mutual interest between Liverpool and Xabi Alonso for him to return to Anfield. Apparently, contract talks aren't going well and he is looking at an exit. Not on the young side like FSG prefers. Take with huge grain of salt as it's the dubious places--Daily Mirror, etc.

Did everybody else know that Atletico Madrid didn't play Falcao a single minute in the Europa league and that he isn't cup tied? Crazy.

Any big team/owner that's left in the CL and wants to win it, can buy it come January.

Ballsy move by them that will look like it paid off.

Never gonna happen, it's a negotiating tactic...I can't let my mind wander toward the possibility of that so I'm gonna roll with that argument for now.

If it was real would pay whatever it took to have him come back.
