If they won this game, I figured they were pretty much in.
Now we're in a 50-50 fight. Its never, never easy with the Giants. We're looking at having to go 3-1 in all likelihood. 2-2 doesn't give us much of a shot. Dallas and Washington will both have tiebreakers over us.
Then perhaps you should've watched the penalties called in the game. I am in the same boat normally, but this game was clearly extraordinary.

I was thinking that too, but remember the Skins also gifted them a fumble on the 10 yard line so it evened out.
Giants had 1st and 10 from their own 40 and the playcalling was just absurd. Throw in those penalties too.
Then, it doesn't even out.
I'm sorry but when one team routinely gets the penalties on offense while the other one doesn't (But Redskins got a PI penalty, whoopity-doo!), hard to say this game was fair all around.

Until the last game of the season. One of those teams will get the L and puts them into 3-3 record in the division.

Bears are in midst of another 2nd half collapse and injuries are mounting
Bears spot is very much up in air and gives the Giants (And everyone else in race) hope

But I'd say the winner of that game is the one more likely to end up tied with us. And I don't know the 3rd tiebreaker past divisional.
One bit of good news is that Seattle is 0-3 in the Division. We still need to beat the Eagles to go 3-3 in the Division, but I wouldn't count on tiebreakers for the NFC east.
3-1 should get us in. 95% chance. 2-2 and I'd say it drops to around 40%. Somebody will have to drop a big game for that. Have to beat the Saints. Have to beat the Eagles. Have to hope for a big W vs either Ravens or Falcons.
I don't want to point fingers at officials but there were some curious missed and not missed calls on the Giants.
The flags favored the Skins. It's not to say the Giants didn't have any legit penalties but some were ticky tac.
And I have 0 confidence playing the Saints. This is a team that has, not only never beaten Drew Brees, but has never even played an interesting game against him. He annihilates our defense all the time. Blowout city.
People can point to NO's poor record but everyone is forgetting that these are the Giants. We don't make any sense at all.

All they have to do is keep throwing it to their TE. Game over.
X-factor against the Saints for me will be Bradshaw. If a banged up Roddy White can run train on them, I'm hoping some 'Shaw and Wilson can keep us in that game.
giants just dont have good linebackers at all. they really dont do anything well. i mean i like blackburn he puts in a great effort but he's just not a very talented linebacker. boley really isn't that good either.

Nah, Boley is pretty damn good. Blackburn is not and Kiwi gets burned at times (he's really a DE). Rivers, when healthy, is good though.
