Yeah, we're cool.
That basically sums up a typical afternoon for me, except I get yelled at for spending money on new games while playing old games more.

Seriously, I need to tape record my girlfriend next time she goes on a rant about how I spend $65 every year on MLB The Show, but play Bases Loaded just about every day but haven't touched MLB The Show since May.

Being a bit older and one that doesn't play video games, I was just curious. Honestly, how much time per day (on average) do you guys spend playing video games?

This. Especially because classes are over and exams haven't quite begun yet.

Yeah, we're cool.
I know there's a way to play gameboy on some of the Android phones... but HOW?

Most of my gaming is PC based anymore.

Just google for an emulator for your phone, and it should have instructions on how to get/use it on the webpage.

Before I got a job, too much. Nowadays, about an hour or so after work. Nice way to unwind.

This. Although I spend a bit more than an hour. I think the reason I prefer older games is, besides the nostalgia, it's easier. Don't get me wrong, I love COD and such not, but sometimes it's fun to throw in Contra and only have to deal with two buttons and a D-Pad.

Anywhere from 0-3 hours, depending on the day, probably the 1.5 hour average though. Next week and a half probably none though, gotta make sure I pass all these finals haha.

If it were up to me.

New Orleans gets the Jazz name back.

Utah gets the Grizzlies name.

Memphis becomes the Sounds, Blues, whatever sounds Memphis-y.

Charlotte gets the Hornets name.

I have to disagree. While there might be better names for a Utah team, Grizzlies isn't too bad. Jazz and Utah just doesn't really gel. Lakers and LA doesn't either but there's no way the Lakers are ever changing their name.

Memphis Sounds or Blues is pretty good IMO.

I always liked the idea/sound of the New Orleans Voodoo. Not sure where I heard it, but I know someone in the media suggested it.

Utah Mormons

Utah LDS

Anything else that relates directly to Utah?

Edit: Having typed and mentally sounded out the word "Utah" three times in the last thirty seconds, I am having a hard time believing that we have a state named "Utah". I'm also having second thoughts about the spelling and pronunciation. You-taw. You-taw. Whatever.

/delirious rant

I can't emphasize this enough: I love beer, I make beer, good beer. This lockout is preventing others from trying my good beer. **** this lockout.

Do you ever have deep thoughts when you're drunk? I know I do.

The other day we were talking for prolly three hours, that since Uncle Jesse from Full House was a huge Warriors fan, and Mr. Cooper from Hanging with Mr. Cooper played for Golden State and those shows overlaped, we debated if Uncle Jesse was actually a Mark Cooper fan or if he was more a Chris Mullin//Rick Barry kind of guy.
