The more I've thought about this, the more I've become convinced that they're just winging it with these valuations. Even taking into account media rights and yadda yadda, the increase in the Leafs valuation alone is enough to throw major question marks up in the air as they're either getting ridiculously overvalued now or were insanely (and consistently) undervalued in prior valuations.
