Are Pulock and Roy regular partners on the Brandon blue line?

With Drouin's invitation to Team Canada, we could have 3 killer offensive lies if they would dare go all offense, would be my personal choice

Marcoux/Phaneuf is the best duo in the league, and Marcoux is the best goalie now. I would definately look for giving him a shot at a pro contract.

Fucale has the best potential but isn't the best goalie right now IMO. He's young and still has a lot to learn. We saw it in the playoffs that Marcoux was better. Potential wise though, Fucale is in another league.
Marcoux was awful against the russians in the SSS. Game seemed too fast for him. He wasn't the only one having an off game mind you, but he still had a rough game.

On the contrary, Fucale (in only half a game though) was a very calming presence for the 'Q team.

To me Fucale is right now better than Marcoux, and will definitely stay better in the future.

This is the 2013 Entry Draft Thread and Drouin has just entered the question as a possible #1,that might have something to do with my posts about him.As Dada says having Drouin invited could give TC another scoring line, that says Dada thinks Drouin is capable of carrying a scoring line at the World's stage. From his play against the Remparts in last years playoffs,I thought he was an obvious top five pick for the 2013 draft, turns out I was right.

A possible no1? NAY! Drouin is possibly the best player in the history of hockey!

Really?? Marcoux was better than Fucale in the playoffs last year?

Go back and look at who made it to the 3rd round and had the better stats as far as GAA and SVP went between the two.

I wouldn't agree with that... But everything else you said is true, there's no better goalie than Marcoux right now, not including potential.

If TC had the balls to put their 12 most TALENTED players and go all on offense, the others would be no match, instead they go for a ********* shutdown line and a grit line..

imagine (not in a specific order but..) :

Huberdeau-RNH-Strome
Drouin-Mackinon-Puempel
Hudon-Scheiffle-Monahan
Jenner-Mcdavid-Shinkaruk

FT. Duclair,Lazar

Ouch ouch ouch

Canada wins 8 - 7!
And why is Puempel on that list?

No. If memory serves, Pulock plays on the first pairing with Tyler Yaworski and Roy plays on the second pairing with Rene Hunter.

I may have mixed up their D partners but whenever I've watched Brandon, Pulock and Roy have been on different pairings.

The point of the WJHC is to win not who can light up the non contenders the most. If you go in without strong role players no way you beat the top teams.

I hope so, but the three of them have had quite solid careers. Leblanc is surely more gifted than Robidas and Beauche, but Riberio is quite an offensive player.

What is wrong with 3 good offensive lines and 1 more defensive?

Huberdeau-RNH-Rattie
Scheifele-Strome-Ritchie
Drouin-MacKinnon-McNeill
Hudon-Jenner-Danault
Monahan
