No matter how they pick the team, it will be strong. Anyone know the last(if ever) time two 17 year olds made the Canadian World junior team?

What happens IF there is a new CBA deal in the next 2 weeks and training camps start, would teams just leave their prospects that made their WJC teams alone (as in not invite them to training camp)?
