Do you have a link for that? The only people I've heard of mentioning any interest in a Laraque trade are Oilers fans. Period.

Does anyone else think that trading Laraque is addition by subtraction? Don't get me wrong, if played up to his ability every game he'd be untouchable, but right now I think he's just a waste of a forward spot.

Can anyone confirm or deny the broadcasting of this (to the extent that they said the trade has happened?)
Not a word was mentioned of Comrie on Global News, so I'm doubting what was supposedly on that radio broadcast right now.

The game's only a half hour away, maybe we'll get something of substance then.

Congrats to you too. You have plenty of time to get Oiler stuff. Maybe you could bring the little one at game 7 of the Cup finals

Sorry I don't. But anyone who's seen Laraque play at his best knows what I'm talking about. I mean, I got buddies who cheer for the Sens, Leafs, Habs, whoever and all like Laraque. He's the best enforcer in the league and he's dynamite in the playoffs.

You make Laraque avaialble and I guaranty teams will come knocking. You want a link for that too?

It was a bunch of B.S. I'm listening to the program now and they vaguely mentioned a rumour out of L.A. about two unnamed forwards.

Firstly, congratulations to all of you proud new Daddies and those who are soon to become.

I'm abit relieved to read coolguy's post because this alleged rumour is simply aweful. If we are to part with Big Georges I look for a quality return ... especially if he is packaged with Comrie. Fair value imo would be a combination of Vis, Lupul/Chistov, Perry/Getzlaf. If this is abit stilted I'd throw in Ferguson who could provide a depth d-man.

Despite our frustration with Laraque's inconsistency, he presents a valuable trade chip for a team in need of an elite tough guy and punishing boardman in the playoffs.

I have seen that one, but I didn't realize Champions had online shopping, I have tried to find it in the past. This one is good as well:
