RBs continue to be a problem for me, especially with DMC coming back and Reece going to lose a lot of work. Beanie sucked last week and has a tough matchup, so I picked up Montell Owens who will start with MJD/Jennings/Parmele out. Thinking of him and FJax. WR is a total question mark. I also have Wayne and Austin but I've been rolling Titus Young (when he was playing) and then Ryan Broyles as my WR3 the past bunch of weeks. Not sure who is the better play out of Avant/Thomas.
Yikes IR, RB problems for sure. Jackson is a must, even if he is "splitting" carries with Spiller. I wouldn't bother with Wells playing in Seattle.

I'd go Fjax and Owens.

Are there really no other opsions then Avant/Thomas? I'd probably go Thomas, I'm not entirely familiar with Avant but with Foles at QB.. pass.

I'd go Avant. Thomas is too far down the pecking order in GB, and Avant is the #2 now with DeSean Jackson out. Avant also had plenty of targets last game. It's not ideal, but I think Thomas has the higher ceiling (TD potential), but Avant has the higher floor (he's sure to get some balls thrown his way).

P. Manning vs Oakland (Thurs)
or
Freeman vs Philly

and

Thomas vs Oakland (Thurs)
or
T.Y Hilton vs Titans

I know that Manning and Thomas have great matchups against a poor Oakland team and they have been hot lately, but I don't know if I'm comfortable with starting them on a Thursday night game after a couple days of rest. What do you guys think?

Start the Broncos. Even if they don't have their normal output, chances are it'll still be equal or better to what the other options are going to give you.

Yeah, deep 18 team league and RB situation has been **** from the start...probably have gone through at least 10 throughout the season and we only need to start 2 a week.

EDIT: Just looked, Owens is the 15th RB I've owned this season.

WR waiver wire was even worse. Thomas/Avant were the best options.

Thomas is starting alongside Megatron now that Broyles and Young are gone. Think he could still get a decent amount of looks.

Bolded pretty easily. Go with the Rams because Buffalo is a better matchup than Houston. Only one I'd hesitate on is Williams over Moore, but Williams has been very solid of late. Bush has a horrible matchup, so I'd avoid him, but Forte/Jackson is a great combo and you have a good WR for the flex.

Is James Starks really on the IR now? If so, should I really consider starting Alex Green over DeAngelo Williams?

Green vs. DET
Williams vs. ATL

Help guys!

Need to decide between Garcon (vs Bal) and Colston (@NYG). My other WR is B. Marshall. I have Doug Martin, Trent Richardson (RBs) and Ahmad Bradshaw (T/R/W). Jimmy Graham the TE.

So you can see its a pretty decent team. R. Fitz and R. Wilson as QBs. Not bad, but not good.

I need to know who to start - Colston or Garcon. I think Garcon would have a decent game and if it were other weeks, I'd pick Garcon over Colston. However, my opponent has Drew Brees as his starting QB. If Brees has a monster game, I think its going to be on the back of JGraham and MColston.

So my question is, do I hedge my bets and go with Colston? Or go with the hot hand in Garcon.
Thanks!

Green was worthless when he had the backfield to himself earlier, no reason to think things will be different this time around.

Reece is banged up and DMC's back so he's out. And the Cards offense is terrible along with the Seahawks D being good, so Beanie's out. Owens is the only guy left there so at least you're getting 20 touches. Then obviously FJax. As for the receivers, I need a week out of Thomas to see just how much he's used before I get him in the lineup. At least Avant had a decent game Sunday.

Held on to Hernandez this long, finally looks like he's healthy, even though Myers has been fantastic lately I'm still going with my star. Freeman's been good this year but he's cooled off a bit of late. I think you gotta go Stafford in this one.

The alternatives aren't bad options by any means, but you just can't sit your studs here (especially in what is a fine matchup).

Cam's really picked it up lately (and Ryan has slipped quite a bit), I'd roll with him.

Brees, Forte, SJax, Marshall, Colston, Moore, Witten, Rams.

Starks has been a weak flex since he's been in GB, and Green is considerably worse. I'd definitely go with DWill.

Forte.

Moreno will get touches but the goal line has been Manning territory. Dwyer is unpredictable in that Pittsburgh backfield, he could be feast or famine.

Forte you know is going to get the rock and he also has best chance of getting to the end zone both rushing and receiving.

Plus for Forte is that he has the potential to be a stud any week. However, he really has not been one this year at all. Only two 100 yard games and only four total touchdowns. Lovie Smith maddens me as a Forte Fantasy owner. Michael Bush steals the goal line stuff.

Moreno is going against the worst rushing defense in the league. He is getting 24 touches per game, including four receptions. He has been a good soldier and patient and maybe they reward him at the goal line.

Celek @TB or D.Clark vsPHI.

In a must win situation and I feel it's a pretty even matchup. Celek might get more yards, but Clark is hot, could find the endzone. Philly has allowed a boatload of points the last few games aswell.

Green and Owens aren't that great, and even with Ballard having the backfield it's too much of a wild card. So really two of the top three...man that's tough. Brown and Jackson would be my guess because I think those games will be closer (thus more running).

Thomas for sure. I'd go Gordon, good matchup. Torn between Hartline and Hilton...Hartline has a tough matchup but might get more targets. I'd probably go with Hartline.

Alright, I've decided on Lynch/Brown as my RBs.. For WR, Shorts is a no go for me, even if he dresses, concussion issue, not worth the risk.

Garcon (Ravens), Jennings (Lions), Lance Moore (@ Giants)

Pick 2.

I need the win, and we're both projected for 111 points. (His projections are probably too high w/ Decker, Wallace, Ryan this week)

Gotta decide between Decker and Givens in the next 90 minutes. Leaning towards keeping Decker in, but he's been awful lately.

Solid options this week with Jennings and Donald Brown out. Brown's a lock. As is CJ2K. I just realized you said 2 and not 3 so that makes it easy for me (I was trying to decide between SJax and Ballard).

I assume you started Thomas tonight, so I'd go Hilton and Gordon. Both have good matchups, Fitz is unstartable these days, and Hartline has a bad matchup and limited upside.

Tough call here. Celek gets more targets, but like you said Clark's been hot and Tampa's likely to score more points. PPR I might lean Celek, but here I'd go Clark.

I'd go Jennings for sure, then I'd lean Moore based on the far better matchup.

Weeden's matchup is good enough this week that I just don't think it's worth the risk to roll with Ben.
