I've seen plenty of phones with cracked screens on the outside that function just fine... but mine has somehow cracked on the inside, rendering it completely useless. It's still on, but I have no access to my contacts or text messages or anything of that variety.

The really bad part is, I'm pretty sure the warranty doesn't cover that, and I'm out the cost of the phone...

I know people bellyache about tax breaks and kickbacks for the Preds, but they don't get anything back from the city that wouldn't be coming in without the Preds in the first place...

Found out tonight while watching the news that anyone who serves for 8 years on the city council receives health coverage for LIFE, upon expiration of their term they only have to pay 25% of the premium to keep their coverage... the POTUS and congress don't even get that.
