Don't know if you're kidding, but Montreal has probably watched more Hamilton games than most around here.

Much better game, what a difference having Desjardins in nets does, I thought he looked great. Shocked the PP actually scored a goal, didn't think it was possible. Nice to see Holland get back on stat sheet.

Also heard last night that Pateryn is said to be out 3-4 weeks still.

In a serious note, I'm very happy the boys got their revenge on a team that so easily beat them the game before. 3-0 is a pretty awesome score too, against a real good team too.

The second thing I like from this game is that all the scorers were prospects ( Holland, Quailer, Leblanc ), and two of them are still in their first year.

There IS character and talent in this team, just no stability in the effort and plays.

While I agree with the former, I don't agree with the latter. Now, the team doesn't have a lot of talent. Otherwise, the team is not at #13 on 15 now. Hopefully, some of them will turn into talented players later.

If Dogs lost yesterday, they will be dead last in the conference.

Talent is something you have or have not. Our rookies have talent, but it's still very raw. Take the same team, but with 1-2 years of experience and it would be way better.

I think there's legitimate reasons to be unhappy with the coaching, but this team being inconsistent is no shock.

Good for them, glad they will get ice time in the ECHL.

Glad that Berger is being sent down. He's been very underwhelming so far this season. Chaput is an upgrade imo. Maybe Berger can build some confidence back during his time in the ECHL. Still, it's very disappointing to see a guy who did so well at a younger age in Switzerland struggle so much in the AHL.

As for Stejskal... He wasn't great, he wasn't bad, and his replacement hasn't impressed me one bit. Can't wait to see Pateryn back in action!

I actually thought Berger looked better this year then last year (he was really bad last year) but his skating/mobility is so bad that I'm not sure he will ever be an effective AHLer.

Stejskal looks like his confidence is shot, he looks lost out there. Hopefully he can find his game again cause time is running out on him as a new group of D prospects look to turn pro next year so it's only going to get tougher for him.

Berger has an interesting skillset but I just don't think he has the skating to ever make it.

Him and Pribyl need to be locked in a room with a speed skating coach or something.

Personally attacking the person you disagree with is always the most persuasive argument.

Always been my favorite prospect. His draft year was the second year I really followed hockey and the first where I was beginning to be interested in prospects and followed the draft. Knew nothing about prospects at the time and was just looking at stats, but always liked the guy and he may become something great.

I also thought Avstin was a steal...

Bournival a healthy scratch because they won without him.

This is embarassing. The guy who's supposed to be heir apparent whenever Therrien is sacked and he's using the worst tradition in coaching.

Bournival out because they won without him. Here's a thought, scratch Hagel and Stortini when you lose with them.

He also did this when Ellis and Nattinen were injured/sick very early in the season and refused to put them in, even though they were ready to play, until they lost.

I really really REALLY hope this is all Lefebvre and not some screwed up new organizational policy that we are going to see with the big club too.

I doubt its organizational policy. More a coaches superstition that tends to crop up all over the place.

I don't get that one either.

Read on twitter that he had food poisoning, but that's still to be confirmed.
