For many of the modern stars, a google search such as:
"Steven Stamkos Hockeys future"
will show their initial ranking. Stamkos was a 8.0B. Surpassed that a bit

I would say, for a guy of his stature, that skating should be first, IMO.
Puck movement is up there as well, because having a big man that can play smart, and start the rush, is always a bonus.
We need him to be able to skate decent, though, or he'll never make itS

He was a really solid developmental pick by Morrison and Co.
I'm glad he's getting lots of Ice time, and has the college route as a development path. Perfect for a player like Knodel.

Kelly Friesen @KellyFriesen
Blazers land Joel Edmundson from the Warriors

Does this make a Morgan Rielly trade more likely? They just traded away their second best D-man

Perhaps they didn't like the price. Either way I think Rielly's trade value is tough to gage at this point cause his value depends on what happens with the lock-out.

They're in a playoff spot right now, and Rielly is by far their best player. I doubt they will trade him

The Warriors traded away pretty much the only help Rielly had on D and have reinforced that they ARE NOT trading him.
Team got worse, and Rielly is stranded essentially.

Alan Millar is quite adamant on not trading Morgan Rielly. No matter what the deal, they will not be trading the Leafs prospect #WHL

Poor Rielly, looks like he'll just have to focus on the WJC and the NHL.

I wouldn't worry, Griffith is a small perimeter player drafted as an overager.

Ryan Rupert returned to the lineup and got an assist in the win.
London and Niagara play tonight on snet. Should be a good one.
Domi, Griffith, Rupert, Strome, Hamilton, etc.

If anyone ends up watching this game tonight, watch the line of Theoret - Strome - Ritchie. They move the puck very well. On and off the stick.

Griffith sucks...he's not going to make the NHL, especially not in Boston.

Rupert brothers re-gain instant chemistry in Ryan's return. Both could have easily scored, but Matt fires it home.

Picked up the assist though, and threw in a nice crosscheck on the goalie as the puck went in.
