He signed 35 dates. How many has he used? It would probably be okay to bring him back and just use him on RAW.

He's used at least 10 dates from after WrestleMania - the night after Extreme Rules and from Raw 1000 - the night after SummerSlam.

TLC is now the best time for the World title to close the show.

Sheamus/Show can open, Ziggler can cash in on the winner & the match with Cena can be for the World title and in the main event. It makes sense.

I had no interest whatsoever in Ryback-Punk again. So, take the night off. Although, right now I'm in a mode where "if Ziggler loses the MITB to Cena, I'm done" anyways, so Royal Rumble might be irrelevant.

Looks like Punk will have the night off. WWE has something up from McMahon stating Punk can't compete and a match of The Shield vs. Ryback & Hell No in a TLC is the new match.

I'm just happy the belt stays on him all the way through. In 27 minutes he will break the record. That's some real **** in today's industry. I'm very proud he was the guy to do it.

If he isn't going to do the match at TLC, then he'll pretty much go a month without defending the title unless he defends it the RAW after TLC. Or is the whole month without defending means you give up the belt not a thing any more? easy to lose track of what we are and are not meant to remember.

Pretty sure rhodes went 3+ months without defending the IC title about a year ago. That rule is nonexistent nowadays.

No doubt it will spring back up when they want it to I guess.

They should just schedule Punk/Ryback on RAW the night after TLC saying that it has been nearly 30 days and Punk must defend the title and then Shield can come out and say how unfair that is when Punk is coming off knee surgery and interfere in the match effectively putting a stop to it.

The match was announced, yes. The TLC stipulation was not included, as far as I know.

Either that, or it's just a match involving lots of tables, ladders and chairs.

No doubt. They'll use the ladders for a couple teases, and inevitably to assist with some high table spots. Plus, if a smaller guy like Ambrose can't hoist Ryback over his head, the ladder allows you to fake it easier for the high elevation stuff. Kinda like how Sheamus got the Big Show up for an electric chair, which was still impressive because Sheamus walked a few steps and didn't look like he just toppled over due to weakness, he executed it well.

That screws up the card for the PPV but an actual match for The Shield could be good and in TLC style to boot. I was wondering if they'd just have a 3-on-3 tag match on RAW with them against Hell No and Orton or Ryback.

I'm VERY excited to see The Shield in an actual match, and if it is in fact the main event that pretty much ensures it won't be a Ryback squash.

I cant see it being the main event. Cena vs Ziggles should be.

yes...Ziggler/Cena. many are under the impression Ziggler will cash in before his match with Cena and win to get out of the match, but instead the match ends up being for the World title.

let's face it, the only way the World title will ever close a PPV nowadays is if Cena is in the match. If that scenario doesn't take place, the six man TLC match will likely close.

Even though Punk is out vs. Ryback for TLC, I'm still excited about the PPV. We all know what we'll get in the originally scheduled match. This will be much better: the Shield will be looking to impress in their first match - a TLC six man. I'm sure we will see them in some crazy spots. It also allows the WWE to put the World title in the spotlight and make the main event Cena/Ziggler assuming Ziggler cashes in the case and wins earlier in the evening.

yeah, The Shield vs. Ryback/Hell No is more appealing to me than Punk/Ryback was.

The idea of Ambrose tagging in and going toe to toe with Bryan...

i don't believe there's any tagging in. I just think it's six men creating chaos with tables, ladders and chairs all at once, which sounds like a fun brawl to me.

I'd mark pretty hard if the entire thing led to Ambrose/Bryan going one-on-one at a PPV in the near future, either at Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania.

That's what it SHOULD be, but I'm still a little unclear on the exact format of it myself.
