I think Denver is a legit threat, and possibly Pittsburgh if they catch baltimore.

Looks about right, but I'd sub in Denver, and sub out Chicago.

I'd get rid of Chicago and add Pitt once they get Big Ben back. I'd debate removing GB too. Their offense is all pass and their D is pretty horrible. Denver is on the cusp, but I don't think they're there quite yet. If they went on a run though it wouldn't shock me.

Brady is the first QB to ever win 10 division championships. Another great feather in the cap for Brady and another elite year so far for a " quarterback in decline " , or so Dojii calls him.

With a healthy Cutler and their D I think Chicago is a legit option to win in January.

Denver is fraudulent, a byproduct of the ********* division in football.

Cutler just doesn't do it for me. Chicago's D is scary good, and will definitely win them a game come playoff time. Cutler though just reminds me far too much of Philip Rivers, an above average QB who has a knack for killing his team with turnovers.

Denver does benefit from playing in that garbage division, but I think they are a better team than you are giving them credit for.

Hard to remember the days when guys like Tommy Hodson and Hugh Millen were the great hopes at QB.

Patriots re-sign Donte Stallworth. Pretty psyched about this.

My take is AFC be Pats Houston or Denver and in NFC be Falcons or Giants,,,All them teams have a arm at QB,Niners have none in that key spot and that will be their undoing,As for Pitt,Balt,GB Chic,,,maybe next yr,,i just do not see it,,just my guess.

Best chance to Super Bowl Play-off teams
1 Patriots---Tom Brady defense is getting better (I feel alot better if they can get the one seed Indy has to come through for us)
2 Texans----Good in all facets of the game teams are starting to figure them out better
3 Steelers---Big Ben is clutch best defense in AFC
4 Broncos--- Passing great on both sides Rushing not as good
5 Colts--- Inspired team ala Tebow's Broncos might win a game
6 Ravens-----Pure homfield team won't have it if they get past the Wc round

1 Niners----Great Defense really good coach
2 Giants---If they get Hot agian
3 Falcons--- Have not won a PO with Ryan
4 Bears----O-line kills them from being my NFC favorite also having to be a WC team
5 Packers----Rodgers gets sacked to much, defense not up to par
6 Seahwaks---Will thier corners be suspended? NOT going to win on the road anywhere 1 and done.

Agreed. Keep an eye out on D for Von Miller. Kids a stud.

Miami was complaining that the patriots disrespected them on the pats 4th quarter drive by running the same running play 10 times, and that it was successful. Umm...what?

In fairness to the Dolphins, it was only one guy whining about that. They asked another teammate and he said it made him mad too, but that they failed to stop it so he'd have done the same thing if he were in their shoes. Man, WTF happened to football? People crying about running the score up? People crying that a team ran a play that was successful too many times? Really? If someone had said this 20, or even 10 years ago, his teammates would have kicked his ass for whining like a baby.

Surprised no one's mentioned it yet, but Godell suggested in a recent interview in TIME magazine, that he's going to look at possibly removing kickoffs this offseason in the interest of player safety.

Umm....no. I'm all for player safety, but that's just ludicrous.

His idea to replace kickoffs is pretty ridiculous. He wants to give the team that is kicking off the ball at their own 30, with a 4th and 15, and they can either punt or go for it (replacing the onside kick). If you are punting from your own 20 or so, teams are going to get great field position. I mean, people love offense, but that's a bit much isn't it?

Godell is showing more and more that he's not the right person for the job IMO. This is just a ridiculous idea. I'd be shocked if this ever was put into place.

Cutler is running for his life and only has 1 reliable WR

Bears D is falling apart as injuries mount

Jenning , Urlacher out
Tillman/Briggs/Peppers playing thru injuries

Cutler of last 2 years protects ball well

Only 1 game this year was a loss because Cutler got careless with ball (GB) ,, He isn't the same QB he was a few years ago who would just throw it wrecklessly

And he is best rated QB in 4th qtr this year in NFL (One of best 2nd half QB's in league as well)

Rivers has been horrific for 2 years late in games and has a ton of games he has thrown away for Chargers

Cutler is more a guy who takes what D is giving him now.. He still will try at times to pass into quadruple coverage (With varying degrees of success) but he no longer constantly forces balls

Bears only chance this year is if Cutler/Marshall remain healthy and Bears D can get its act back together for playoffs

I think Cutler/Marshall will continue to do what they do but injuries are mounting every week on defense
