Jay is a boss, you guys will see. I for one don't expect a PPG season since he is you know a 3rd/4th liner.

This team needs some more guys who want to play for their favourite team and have some grit, especially in the bottom 6. I hope he becomes our vet 4th line C for many years to come.
Yup, Jay does his role very, very well.

Or Steve Sullivan, and how we lost him for nothing on a waiver claim. Ah, memories...

God I miss him lol.

It's good to hear, he will be a great player for Carlyle and our team. Can't wait to see him don the blue and white for 2013-2014 home opener

Unfortunately his contract will be expired by the time he will actually get to wear it.

Unless a surprise AHL player comes to play with us in the NHL 13'-14' season, I can't see it. Atm I think Steckel will be moved and players like Komarov will come up.

I think the point was whether or not there'd be hockey by then.

He's a scout's dream in the way he prepares himself and plays an unselfish game, making smart decisions with the puck. With his bloodlines, he certainly understands what it will take to make it at the next level.

He signed for the Maple Leafs to become the third line centre. Colorado could have used him on the 4th line, and their franchise is better off.

This. I believe Burke or Carlyle already stated that McClement and Steckel will start at 3-4 at center. Which I am more then happy with. Think of our bottom 6...

Kulemin - McClement - Frattin
Komarov - Steckel - Brown

One of the best bottom 6 we have had in a while. And actually is playoff worthy. Now, we just gotta figure out our #1 center situation....

I think that's possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen you post. It was a good lol.

I liked Sjostrom. He wasn't bad for a 4th liner. Had good wheels, great defensively...not great hands, any offense or very physical though.
