There was a game I was thinking about playing on these boards, it might be fun for the lockout.

Mix teams based on their position in the standings last year. The best teams mixes with the last places team, second with second last etc.

Then after all 15 teams have been created we do a playoffs kind of thing where we all vote on in an elimination style to decide the winner.
