Who tears up the league when it's back?

Give me your top three players who will tear the league up when hockey returns:

Anze Kopitar because I think he has a ton of confidence
Tyler Seguin because I think he's about to take the next step
John Tavares who I think contends for a number of trophies in his fourth year

It pains me to say as a Leaf fan, but I too fear Seguin is going to ruin lives once we're back.

As for two others, I'll get back to you.

I don't know, seems like they are all doing a pretty good job at tearing up the league right now, doesn't it?

On a less gloomy note, I feel like Bäckström and Ovechkin will have a good year if NHL returns.

Kovalchuk will be above 90 points (in a full year)

Malkin will post obscene numbers

This.

How many people realize Stamkos shot 20%?

I have a feeling that Tavares goes berserk on the rest of the league.

Besides his rookie year, he shot% is always above 15. I think that is more impressive than one-off year.

Same feeling. I think he enters elite category and stays there.

RNH might be a real pain in the ass in the Northwest. .84 PPG as an 18-year old, while being the smallest guy on the ice every night.

29 even strength points in 62 games
37.5% on faceoffs
Sheltered minutes and zone starts most of the year

He'll be very, very good but he's not exactly a dominating presence on the ice right now.

Hall, on the other hand, is Edmonton's best young forward by a country mile.

When the NHL resumes, Karlsson is going to continue to ripping the league a new one

I wouldnt be surprised at all to see him go at a PPG clip when he gets back.

And I agree that Johnny T is going bust out of his shell and start posting some huge seasons.

Brandon Prust. He's been practicing his ability to be offensive during the lockout.

I think that RNH is going to be better then Hall, and in a couple of years, it won't be close either IMHO.

John Tavares, PK Subban and Jeff Skinner IMO.

JT will reach ELITE status, Subban will become a 45-50 point D-man while playing well defensively and Skinner will become a 70+ point guy with Jordan Staal.

Cant argue with the guys you mentionned though.
