Actually he rarely uses "I" in any interview. He's always talking about the boys and praising the rest of the team.

You have to get over the inferiority complex and just enjoy cheering for your team.
Because of the crap he gets and the "bust" comments that have come far too early.

So we're scrutinizing his dressing room interviews now?

How is that scrutinizing.... I am merely noting a possible change in character.

And if anything I am saying something "positive" about him

They'd probably rip him for being "fat" or not being muscular enough.

He doesn't pass the soap. Instead he tries to be fancy and then drops it.

Too much Kadri talk ... Hamilton, Aucoin, Abbott

Next we'll be praising Kadri for showing up to deposit his signing bonus.

Yes, I know, that's the point a year late, since he only got a signing bonus his first two years.

Seeing him play more and more makes me think he can play 2nd line centre and possible 1st line centre someday.

The key is for him to continue playing centre, in my opinion. In the neutral zone, he needs that open ice to use his skill and create offence.

I agree. I think the idea to switch him to wing was ridiculous.

I also agree, he started scoring more goals since being moved back to centre.

Kadri has the best hands and vision of any Center we have in the system, the latter being a extremely valuable asset since we have very few gifted playmakers on the big club.

Kadri is playing pretty well as a Center man, now that he recognizes danger and dumps it in. His offense was always there

Good, keep him centre.

When you think about it, he never should have switched.

What has everyone been saying all these years, Leafs need a number one centre. What do we do? Switch our best prospect FROM CENTRE to wing, pretty much because RON WILSON didn't like him and didn't think he could win enough faceoffs.

Imagine if he actually could be a number 1 center, even if just a 70pt type. Right now he is looking like he can give Bozak a run for his money.

ďIíve been putting in a lot of work off the ice as I have on the ice,Ē Kadri said. ďItís nice to see it pay off. Iíve been buying into the system. Iíve been doing everything that I possibly can to make myself better. It seems like Iím starting to get the luck of the draw lately. But, by all means, I have to continue producing.Ē

And there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he said (I'm not saying that you think there is)

Of course, there's no 'I' in 'team', but you need all the 'I's' to buy into the system
