Ok, enough already, why isn't Nick Crawford playing?
Coach's prerogative. Crawford was a healthy scratch, so it's not injury.

MacKenzie (UBI) is the D with an injury, not Crawford. Tarnasky (UBI) and Schofield (hip) were the two in Kevin O's tweet yesterday, but both should be healthy by Tuesday, as should Hodgson (hand).
No Zigomanis for the Marlies tonight, among other notes:

Jon Abbott @HockeyAbbs
#marlies expected to have Ross, Abbott and Colborne in up front. Zigomanis is likely to sit this one out as part of rotation vs Roch 1/2

On D' you will likely hear these pairings: Gardiner-Kostka/Fraser-Holzer/Ranger-Gysbers with Blacker injured. Scrivens in. @TSN1050Radio 7pm
Finley-JGL are -2 already; we may see some shuffling. The first goal deflected in off JGL; on the second goal, Legault briefly picked JGL allowing Hamilton to walk out from the corner and score. Not impressed.

The Amerks are a mediocre team made worse by injuries. The Marlies are a stacked team with quality veterans and depth. Most of these games have been no contests this year...
You will never see Rolston do any shuffling. There are no adjustments made from the beginning of the game until the end. Watching that game was embarrassing but Rolston will keep the same line up for Tuesday. Same guys on for the goals against getting walked around. Game too fast for them. Watching the Marlie coach compared to Amerk's is embarrassing.

I've been watching the Amerks since the early to mid 90's and Rolston is by far the worst coach this team has had in that time period. And my father, who's been going since the 60's, thinks he's one of the worst ever.
It's literally like he coaches a house youth hockey team. No one is accountable. No adjustments are ever made. Weird and bizarre lines are the norm, his handling of goalies makes Ruff's ability there look like genius, prospects have been regressing etc. Regier and the Sabres had a big miss with Rolston.
Oh and in case no one else noticed, the Amerks played short a player. 17 skaters. Why? Buffalo seems to have no idea, or simply just don't care, about the Amerks. A pro team playing a skater short. With the ECHL and free agents, not bringing a player in is pathetic. And beyond that, one of the forwards was a defenseman.
