You know, that's a great question. While nobody could ever NOT be a Chris Mullin fan, have to think Mr Cooper was a factor.

I have no problem with him or the Panthers being confident. But saying this publicly is basically an invitation for a can of whoop-ass.

... I think I'd almost rather end up at Colorado anymore. At least there he won't have ridiculous expectations other then "dear god at least don't screw this up any worse"

If you're afraid of the number 13, you should also be afraid of the letter 'B'. Cause a capital 'B' looks like a squished together 13.

Might just be me, but anyone else notice that Jeff Skinner kinda looks like Winona Ryder? They at least have the same pouty face

The really disturbing part is that growing up as a teen in the 1990's I had a crush on Winona Ryder. Other than being a fan of the series and a general sci-fi nerd, she was the only reason to see Alien Resurrection pretty much. So I wonder if that means I also have a crush on Jeff

New NHL13 Be a GM lineup for the 2017-2018 season:

Gustav Nyquist (88) - Eric Staal(87) - Bobby Ryan (87)
Alexander Semin (83) - Jordan Staal(86) - TJ Oshie (84)
Drayson Bowman(81) - Victor Rask (79) - Draftee A(79)
Rich Peverley (81) - Brian Boyle (76) - Draftee B(74)

Ryan McDonagh (87) - Brent Seabrook (87)
Niklas Kronwall (86) - Dan Girardi (84)
Dougie Hamilton (82) - Ladislav Smid (80)

Jack Campbell (85)
Rick DiPietro (80)

NOTES:

-I have Rask and Draftee A above Peverley because their potential is green, so I want them to get enough playing time
-I only have DiPietro because I traded my previous backup (Harding) and forgot to sign a new goalie until mid July so I had to trade for a capable backup.
-I should be ashamed of myself for choosing Smid over The Anton, but I wanted to save money.

Salary Cap: $82.855M
Spent: $76.625M
Cap Space: $6.230M

Opinions? Besides the fact that I have very few Canes players/prospects that is...

Yup. Detroit (who finished last the season prior) offered my Nyquist for Faulk, Washington's (mid-range) 1st, and the following year's second. Faulk had regressed from an 80 down to a 79 with only a year or two left of moderate potential to grow into, so I figured it was worth it.

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention that I have Yakupov in Charlotte next year, after spending a year on the third line.

Bill Paxton the is only person in the history of film to have been killed by an Alien, a Predator & a Terminator. Greatest acting achievement of all time? You decide.
