Yeah, definitely going to want players who are playing for something come week 17.

Playoff spot, next years starting jobs, to silence critics... gonna need someone with something to prove.

What about the win and you're in matchup that was going to be between Lindley and Midgets? What about the several teams below them that had a chance to take the loser of that game out of the playoffs based on season point totals?

I think this action may have been taken a little hastily. I'd be PISSED if I was one of those just-back-of-8th-place teams that was going to have a shot at the playoffs next week.

Started Brandon Stokely over Martellus Bennett. Stokely was out of the game. Bennett got 16.70 points. I lost by 16.18.

Tyra, you did all that -- just for me? Aww shucks.

But really, will probably backfire and Avder will beat me this week.

Well you and I did have the highest score this week. So if this holds up (and I still hope it doesn't because I wanted to see how week 14 was supposed to go down), it looks like you and I might be the big ticket matchup.

Mostly because he posted old posts that people wanted it to end at Week 16. if it was just generic user I'd give some generic smartass reply and keep it the way it was, but since there were multiple people...

(of course now it's gonna backfire on me and he'll win... oh god we're gonna be playing karma ping pong all week aren't we?)

Oh and also, I assume that anyone eliminated at this point is locked out of all waiver transactions, and can no longer drop, or add players?

No one's balls are going to be threshed this week. Unless you've got some kind of "Teeth" thing going on..

But really, your match ups are far more favorable than mine.

Oh sure, my opponents have been bad the last few weeks, but that does not diminish the fact that I have scored over 100 points for 5 straight weeks, or that I've broken 140 the last two.

No no, that's not what I meant. I meant the teams your players are facing up against have a more favorable advantage than the teams my players are facing. I'll honestly be surprised if I edge you out.

Pretty surprised I snuck into the playoffs considering I don't have a top-25 RB or WR, and have dropped 9 of my 14 draft picks. And of those 5 players left, I may only play 1 of them this week.

I only have 5 of my original picks remaining here as well.

It seems to have done me some good tho. As my team lost its draft players, it seemed to gain momentum.

Either that or Cecil Shorts was sent to Earth to save the Threshecutioners.

I could go either way.

Played one of my best friends this week. He had dropped Pierre Garcon, I picked him up. I won.

Finished tied for first in my division. We had a 4 way tie, but I lost out based on the tiebreakers. Hopefully I'll win the whole shabang, and then it's time for a shopping spree.

I just have to ask, why the hell do you have Matt Cassel on your bench? Are you afraid someone might swoop in and take him from you?

Well I think I'm toast. Lost Shorts to a concussion this week. Dez Bryant came back down to earth. Cam Newton got a really high score, but he obliterated all of the Atlanta Defenses points in the process, and Matt Bryant didnt get anything worth a damn because Atlanta sucked in general today.

Compound that with the usual incompetence from Gates and Mathews, and the only hope I have of winning now is if both Hartline and Bradshaw have big days. And it does not look like either are going to bust out anytime soon.

God ****ing dammit.

They collapsed last week too, allowing me to get the biggest blowout award two weeks in a row.

Need a couple more passes to Sproles and I'll be pretty comfortable going into the night game. Trailing by 8 with Stafford and Jennings left against just Leshoure.

Because you technically need two quarterbacks just in case. My backup QB has been a revolving door this season. Matt Flynn, Kevin Kolb, Ryan Tannehill, Matt Cassel. Right now there's no one in the free agent pool worth picking up at the moment. So unless Cutler gets hurt..

Sure, first round of the playoffs which I'm not in, and my team puts up 147.88 points. Meh. Whatever.

Well it was a nice run to sneak in as the last seed. Guess I should've benched Fitz like I considered, but that alone wasn't going to save me.
