I was re-doing the first floor and upstairs and there was no water in the house, so I had to move back with mom and dad for a couple of weeks.

Head coaches don't need to find work during a lockout because they're all still being paid. Some minor positions or consultants might get cut (maybe a skills coach or a skating coach or something like that), but any other coach or manager with a contract in place is being paid in full regardless of whether there's hockey.
