Sounds like Dumba is a long shot to make the team? Really would like to see him play with some skill guys to see if he's any better than he has been with the Rebels.

I wouldn't call him a long-shot at this point.
He's just in tough along with Reinhart/Corrado/Pellech Sproul for a spot on the bottom pairing.
He's going to have to have a better camp than at least two of those guys, which is definitely possible.

He just can't afford another bad or mediocre game. He needs to be the best RD out there tonight, otherwise he'll have it tough.
This is going to be a good game for sure. The Golden Bears are definitely a strong team at 14-4 in a league that is probably better than most people give credit for.
What are Frankie Corrado's chances of making the team? I know coming in he was a long shot, but given he is a superior skater and we will be playing on a larger ice surface he could be an asset. He played well last game apparently. Thoughts?
I know Corrado on a personal level so I hope he makes the team! I thought he was drafted way to low last year (but maybe I was biased) and when I saw his Hockey future rank I was shocked.
Anyway back to team canada. The only one I dont want to pick is dumba. I think hes the type of d-man that needs big minutes to play well. He has a below average IQ, so if his confidence takes a blow too due to low minutes he will probably be a train wreck for us. For the number 7 D I would rather have someone whose game is based on IQ an physicality (corrado/wotherspoon fit here nicely). Murphy/Sproul-Reinhart for the bottom pairing.
