I always thought that Germany has the coolest jerseys.
Also this Russian jersey was only in use for 1 year, but it is my favorite one.

I like the swiss jerseys (the ones at the olympics weren't that great):
Sweden, Germany and Canada also do have some nice jerseys.

In recent years, I'd have to go with the German yellow thirds, Swiss retro 1924's and the current maroon Latvia sweater. The others have been either too boring (Canada) or too gimmicky with gradients, sublimation, etc (Russia, USA)
