Graovac is a perfect example of why Canada doesn't pick/cut guys based soley on this camp. He had a pretty good camp, better than a lot of forwards, but he doesn't have the talent/rapport to make the team unless he had an amazing camp.

Perfect example? He had a decent camp but he wasn't even the 13th best forward at camp based on the two games so how the hell would he make it?

Graovac was one of the better forwards in the two games. Good defensively, generated offense. But selecting a team isn't about "two good games". Only way for a darkhorse to overcome this is to have a truly amazing camp, like Foligno had a few years ago.
God I feel bad for these kids, everyone trivializing them like the "suck", then as soon as their cut I'm sure some will hear all these things about them in the media and on sites like this. Frick I was so embarrassed years ago when I got cut from my Bantam AAA team that I went out the back of the arena, I couldn't imagine going through a crowd of media at the hotel after something like this.
Another reason I don't think Dumba gets cut is that he's a great leader.
Im a great leader, but i cant play hockey...and by the looks of it, if Dumba is picked over some other guys, with Murphy, this team is 1 injury away from crash and burn....

Graovac may have been in the top 6ish forwards today overall. He did some good things but there were others who were definitely better.
And thats with the entire top 6 sitting out. I dont think Graovacs a great example, he didnt tear the camp up by any means

They shouldnt even make the go by the media they should give them an alternate exit out the back of the hotel. If i got cut thats what id be doing i wouldnt talk to no media.
