I know right. The finale needs to save this season.
I'm waiting for Tom Walker, Abu Nazir, and the VP to all be alive and working together. They might as well goes balls-out crazy with all the plot holes they're creating.
They've been stretching the credibility issues (to say the least) Were there no security devices in the office where Walden and Brody were (when Walden died)? What about Estes office when Brody broken in to find the files?
The teams searching for Nazir didn't have dogs or thermal gear?
And for an experienced agent, Saul might as well have been wearing one of those "I'm with stupid" shirts. Confronting Estes? What did he think would happen?
There's still the issue of a possible mole. Looking at the preview for next week I wonder if Carrie and Brody go on the lamb. Looks like there's a case of money and maybe some false passports being made.
I enjoyed how, when Carrie was starting on her paranoia break down, Quinn tells her how the FBI tac agents work in pairs, so both would have to be dirty. What happens the very next day when she restarts the search? One of the dudes works alone and gets a neck-stabbing.
That and Galvez attempting to drive himself to the hospital away from a scene with several ambulances. Yep, if I were bleeding profusely from a gunshot wound to the stomach, that's what I'd do. **** the ambulances and medical professionals already on scene.
I hope Quinn just offs everybody except Saul and they start fresh next season with some actual espionage and intelligence stuff.
Got like 10 boardwalk empire's stacked up on the dvr...not feeling this season as much and have not had any interest yet to start watching.
Finally finished up on SoA. Man Jax was awesomely devious there at the end.
Enjoyed the season, but not as much as previous ones. We were in NY weekend before last to see "A Christmas Story" (you know, the pink rabbit suit, Chinese turkey, etc) on Broadway, but got back to the hotel in time to see the BE finale: I was a little let down by it.
I think having the awesomeness of the walking dead, dexter, and homeland on sunday evening sort of pushed BE down for me, heh. Do plan on catching up on it though.
Same here on Boardwalk Empire. Although I just finally caught up on 27 episodes of Fringe....

Hopefully the Homeland writers do us all a favor and have Brody's daughter whacked. She's as unbearable to watch as Dennis Wideman was with the puck on his stick in our defensive end of the ice. Did like the SNL parody they did a couple of weeks back.
One of the better shows that I found which recently was canceled after two seasons on the Starz network was Boss. Kelsey Grammer was very good in it. The show at times had a little of The Wire going for it.

WD and Dexter is/are... in order: (+ 4 to the former) something to use to stop a door from squeaking , and, a city in southern Michigan (not far from Ann Arbor where you can start a Militia... cheaply).

I enjoyed Boss as well though it was hard to root for any of the characters. All were heavily flawed.
Was sort of surpised that Magic City got renewed but have to say the eye candy on that show is something to behold.
Their upcoming David Goya's Da Vinci's Demons might be interesting.
Know there's a ton of musicians here. I usually ask for a musical instrument for xmas. After last year's Recording King banjo (which I have picked up only twice... gotta start playing it this year), I decided that I wanted the only guitar type I didn't own: a Cordoba Solista flamenco.... actually made in Spain. And except for the fact that I ordered it from Musician's friend (I'll use Sweetwater from now on), it's a true piece of art (got the cedar top: better tones): got it last week w/hard shell case.
But today, I'm having a bit of buyer's remorse. Always wanted a Model 1894 Winchester 30-30. Gun Broker's got some classics, and brand new (made by Miroku in Japan for Browning), for what the Solista cost.
We are organizing a most handsome player in the league poll tournament for the poll board, could you guys give me 3 of the most handsome players on the team?
We are doing a 68 player tournament and are doing 2 from each team with 8 players as wildcards.
