As an aside: What skates do you guys currently use? I'm in the market for some new ones. Also, I'm looking for a reasonable price, I'm too old to go farther in hockey
Frequency 1-2 a week, but high level

I would look on Kijiji. The skates I have used to be owned by some carpenter who threw his back and couldn't skate anymore. Got them lightly used for cheap. And best of all they were already broken in for me

Bet on some stupid soccer game to tie. Over 2-1 odds so screw it.
Be thankful MJ doesn't have Rielly right now.
Rielly being gone is why I went for that game. The odds weren't all that much in Saskatoons favour, but knowing Rielly wouldn't be in the game made it seem more likely that they lose to me
Edit: 5-2 with 3:34 left in the game. I will be winning this one Watch out Brody, here I come!

We're going to vBookie war.
Whales won, Sens lost, Rockets are winning, Blades are winning, Rebels are tied.
I still had a small enough amount that I decided to just bet it all on that game. Now that I have a larger amount I don't want to lose it all. Going to have to start betting more carefully. Unless I notice events being added in which case I'm betting it all on the first thing I see so I can get those additional 50s
Anyone else have the ability to pump themselves up? Like before a test I'll be sitting like normal in class, but in my head I'm getting so pumped up, yelling and cursing and chanting football/soccer chants in my head, gets my so pumped for a test no matter how clueless I am. Only started doing it this year but works pretty well for me. I'll look completely normal, but on the inside I'm super pumped to go. Anyone else do this? And not for sports btw

Before my tests I refuse to talk to anyone about the test we are about to write. I will chat with people before a test, but I don't let the conversation go towards the test. I don't want to be thinking/worrying about it. I want to go in relaxed.

The complete opposite eh, weird
I just flip through some notes, close my books sit there for a minute silently yelling things such as "**** yea you got this" "bring it on *****es, nothing can stop me" "who dat who dat" or other various vulgar phrases

I don't look over anything 1-2 hours before the exam. Don't want that fresh in my mind since in that past that ends up being the only thing on my mind and those tests don't turn out well. I nail the 1 or 2 questions related to it, but everything else....
