I think Wotherspoon has a good chance to make the team. TC sure can use that shut-down, defensive minded, big minutes puck moving defenseman.

Huberdeau-RNH-Schiefele
Drouin/Ritchie-Strome-Rattie
Jenner-McNeill-Wilson
Hudon-Monahan-Danault
extra: Catenacci

Wotherspoon-Hamilton
Rielly-Reinhart
Pouliot-Harrington
extra:Corrado/Pelech/Sproul

Subban
Brossoit

dayuuummmm

I think Wotherspoon most likely plays with Puliot if they both make it.

Resort I went to last year was showing a playoff game. I think it was NBC not TSN.

I do know that there are a few bars outside of the major resort areas that
1) Cater to (or are even run by) Canadians
2) Will have TSN and
3) Will show the WJC games.

Just depends where you're going.

I don't think Wotherspoon will be on the top line with Hamilton.

Here would be my lineup for TC:

Huberdeau-RNH-Scheifele
Jenner-Strome-Ritchie
Hudon-Monahan/Mackinnon-Rattie
Catenacci-McNeill/Mackinnon-Wilson
Drouin

Rielly-Hamilton
Harrington-Ouellet
Reinhart-Wotherspoon
Pouliot

Subban
Brossiot

Upon further review it is final that the Huberdeau-RNH-Schifele line will be THE line

I hope that Jonathan Drouin and Nate MacKinnon make the squad.

Saw the practice today.

Dumba had some good hits. Rattie had a big shot. Other then that, no one stood out too much.

Dumba has been terrible this whole year I really hope he doesn't go. I also think Wotherspoon gets cut tomorrow.

I question as to why you say Dumba has been terrible? Just asking because I haven't seen him play but his stats really don't look that bad. Also brings a physical presence to the blue line.

He has been burnt many times not just at the camp but this year in general he is an offensive defenseman who had 57 points last year and is on pace for 38 this year. He has lost his game he is simply just trying to hit people he has been the worst defenseman at the camp that is left if he makes it then we have a serious liability if he doesn't find his game.

I really hope that Brossoit makes team canada, but I have my doubts.

Really gonna be rooting for the states this year (unless they play Canada), I think Gaudreau, Seiloff, and Gillies all make the team.

I think Brossoit makes the team as the backup but I think Wotherspoon gets cut tomorrow.

I think this too... Although Brossoit has been lights out during his WJC evaluation camp, and shutting out Russia 1 - 0 (+shootout) in the Subway Super Series.

Thought he had a solid camp + his play in subway series was good.

Confused.

Brossoit just got cut, but so did Corrado so I think Wotherspoon has a really good chance of making it since theres not many D left!

He allowed 5 goals in one of the Subway Series games. Had a real good camp but not spectacular either. Numbers are down this year playing on a poor team. Tough call, could've gone either way

He still has the second highest SV% among the 4 goalies...

Me too. I'm excited about it though. Granlund and Wotherspoon have made their world junior teams and meanwhile Horak has outplayed Erixon in the NHL and AHL. YAY JAY FEASTER.

It would be nice to see Brossoit on the team but in the long run maybe it is better to just play for the Oil Kings rather then open the gate or sit in the press box in Ufa. Besides, the world junior tournament has traditionally been tough on Canada goalies. Even Fleury was a dog because he didn't win gold.(twice) This is by no means the end of Laurent Brossoit.
