Most people in the main boards (aside from a few Leafs and Oilers fans) believe Frankie's made the third pairing alongside Griffin Reinhart. That leaves a four way battle for that seventh spot.

^Corrado has definitely opened some eyes with his solid play, which is awesome to see. Hopefully he caps it off with a strong game today and solidifies himself a spot.

A few shifts in and he's looking good. Made a nice physical play along the boards to drop a U of A forward.
I don't know how you take Dumba over Corrado or anyone else at this point. He's completely lost in the defensive zone. I'm sure this is not the usual for him but you can't afford somebody who is that lost defensively against some of the best offensive players in the world.
Sproul is also not showing much in this camp. Don't see why he should be brought along.
Murphy is the #7 guy for me. Yes, he's not much better defensively than Dumba so far but he's shown significantly more offensively and he has been quite good on the PP.
Period 1 over. A couple quality slappers from Corrado, and once again, zero mistakes. He looked good playing the point on the powerplay. He's looking right at home playing with Reinhart. I'd say that's another successful period for him. Two more to go.
Another great shift by Corrado. Canada had the puck in the offensive zone for a solid minute with Corrado playing the point quite well. With Dumba making a shaky play in the 2nd period, Corrado has definitely outplayed him thus far.
Seems Reinhart's playing with Dumba now. Noticed #8 out there with Reinhart several shifts in a row now and Corrado's with Wotherspoon I believe. Good thing or bad thing?

I can only see it as a good thing. Giving Dumba every opportunity to try and get going. And as we speak, Dumba takes a roughing penalty. oopsy.
And just as I sound all smug, Corrado takes a penalty making it a 5 on 3.
A good game by Nicklas Jensen and a nice penalty goal in todays national team game (Denmark-Latvia). He scored two times on penalty one of them the GVG you can see in this video:

If Dumba makes the team then I have no clue what they're smoking during the decision making process. He has been the worst player at this camp. Nothing is going right for him, nothing at all. Can't even make a big hit anymore, he has missed at least 2 today leaving the guy to just skate by him the other way.
He's not just giving up chances against, he's creating them out of nothing.

Corrado, Reinhart, and Murphy will be joining Team Canada. I guarantee it.
Jensen seems to have so many tools for goal scoring. From the highlights, I've seen him snipe, dangle, and work as a screen in front. I'm excited to see what he can do in the NHL.
At the game now. Dumba and Murphy bring nothing to the table, should be cut now. Sproul and Wotherspoon both looking good for 7 spot. Frankie is excellent. Jay Feaster is sitting right behind me.
