Betting on Corrado and Sproul/Murphy. Wotherspoon was solid, but I think Sproul is better all-around for the 7th spot.

From my POV, Corrado will be the 3rd pairing with Griffin Reinhart.

seen it too many times... This is the same HC that left Crosby off Olympics and cuts players like RNH.

Leaving Crosby off the Olympic roster changed the view of Hockey Canada. RNH wasn't picked because they wanted a different kind of player and he was only 17.

Corrado has outplayed all his opposition, and isn't a young undrafted player. I don't see how they don't pick him.

On the radio on my way home one of their "CHL insiders" said Dumba wasn't even going to get a camp invite, but "calls were made". Gross.

“@sunayas: The first cut at Team Canada's camp is: Frank Corrado #WJC2013” Wow, I am shocked.

Watch both Dumba and Murphy make it

Gah. I didn't expect him to make the team even after being invited, but had allowed myself to start believing in the last couple days after he gave such a strong showing. I should have known better than to get my hopes up.

Honestly pissed off. Bob Mckenzie just said Corrado is the obvious choice for the #5 D-man.

Corrado cut, typical hockey politics.

Just because Corrado wasn't picked in the 1st round and other guys like Dumba are more well known. Ridiculous.

Haha, TSN looks pretty stupid ... they've been all over Corrado all camp.

I mean, I had Murphy as 7th defenseman...he's good in one zone but horrid defensively. Ideal 7th d-man.

Dumba has just had a brutal camp though. I'd be very surprised if he made it. He didn't earn it in camp for sure.

Figured this would happen. Hockey Canada at its best. You know it's bad when TSN doesn't get the decision.

Crock of horse poo. We all saw with our own eyes he outplayed all of the guys on the bubble and he gets the shaft. Hockey Canada is a disgrace. I don't know how I can cheer for this coaching staff to win anything.
