Not only that, but Drouin - MacKinnon is 2/3 of a line since september or so....

LOL at the fans who think they know so much better than the pros who has seen every player play many times, watched every practice and talked to all of them.

These forwards will be sic. Incredible skill like the '05 lockout team
I'd put Richie with the young guns to add some grit on that line.

Has it been announced who is backup and who will be 3rd string? I imagine Paterson will be #2 but you never know with HC.

Disappointed Corrado got cut.. thought he had an amazing camp.. Also would have liked to see Shinkaruk make the final roster.

Everyone's team is pretty much on pay with mine

Huberdeau-RNH-Scheifele
Hudon-Strome-Rattie
Drouin-Mackinnon-Ritchie
Daneault-Jenner-Lipon/Camara

Rielly-Hamilton
Harrington-Ouellet
Reinhart-Murphy
Wotherspoon

Subban
Paterson

Seems they went with more offensive over size/toughenss this year, especially up front. That will fit Spotts style much more.

Nice to see Drouin make it. Kid was impressive.

I thought Wotherspoon was pretty steady, so kudos to him too.

Dont know why they even invited Brossoit. He did nothing wrong but was cut anyway.

Hopefully Ryan Murphy doesnt hurt us too bad, but I shudder to think what he is going to look like against the Russians.

Let's see one is a natural winger and the other is the Center. Which position do you think the team lacks more?

I think Wotherspoon making the cut speaks to the adage about not standing out being a good thing.

I know spott will keep him but I still don't like his defense being so low.

Yes, loved that he made the team, hope that he plays with the boys, Nathan and Jonathan, perfect 3rd man for them. Save Ritchie (another personal favourite of mine) for Strome.

Not happy with the last couple of D spots obviously, glad Dumba got cut at least though. Wotherspoon had some pretty bad turnovers in the first game and a bad penalty as well. I would've taken Reinhart, Corrado and Sproul.

Not liking the idea of Kosov coming downt he wing and bowling over Murphy lol but we'll see if a coach picking his kid works out for once.

I like the forward group and get to watch a couple wing prospects which is solid.
