Best record store? I've always been a fan of Tower on Broadway and West Fourth, but it's turning into an unorganized dump. Virgin seems nice, but it's way too commercial for me and I wouldn't step into that place.
Still in the Slope, but in danger of getting priced out. And while I haven't seen any tourists on Coney Island Ave/Midwood, I did send some to check out the area (they were looking for a non-touristy experience).

Out of curiosity...

where did you send them? I live in the area and rarely go that way to eat (have eaten at Picket Fence, which is a nice lunch), but haven't found much else. Love exploring new areas, and am toying with the idea of buying a place in Ditmas Park. Running out of space quickly in my house.
