Was at the Oilers Christmas Bureau Luncheon today on a business trip. Thought it strange to see Smyth there hanging out with Kevin Lowe and company. Really is an old boys club they got going there hey?

I don't see how that's strange, they actually played together, not surprising they're pretty good friends, even if Lowe did trade him.

I know for a fact Smyth is bored out of his mind right now too. Literally climbing up the walls.

Do you work at the indoor rock-climbing gym? I guess it's good upper-body strength training without being in a boring gym with weights.

CZE vs RUS 0:6 :/

BUT Hemmer was awarded best czech player of the match again. He was trully best czech player (again).

Czechs played worst hockey what I ever seen on this tournament, but Hemsky is great...

I can confirm this. He's been at PHL quite a bit killing time lately or so i've heard.

Just curious but how close were Gagner and Cogliano? Seems like they bonded REAL well, because they're playing on the same team in Europe now as well..

See pages five and six of this very thread.
