I'd much rather 'turns rust to silver with 3g 3a against Malcolm Subban in a 7-6 loss'

Just stop........

It was on a 5 on 3 where there is plenty of time to unload at all levels. He has already shown that he can launch rockets off of his back foot with no time and space. He took the time that was given to him, which is exactly what a great scorer does in the NHL. How many times have we seen players like Sakic and Kovalev take their sweet time to load up on a wrister when they were afforded the time?

If there is something that will work straight off the bat in the NHL, thats his shot, what is already elite level..

My prediction for tonight game : 4g-2a for Gally

Naaaaaa its just a joke (but i would love it) : 1g-2a in a 4-2 victory

Good game all

I'm going to be more conservative and say 1g 1a, but I like your prediction better. Too bad I cant watch it.

Kingston has a ton of injuries to some of their better players, this could be a big night of Gallyness.

Sarnia Sting ‏@StingHockey
Scratched from Kingston: Mikko Vainonen, Billy Jenkins, Roland McKeown, Henri Ikonen and Darcy Greenaway

Damnit, I was really looking forward to watching McKeown. He's a stud.

I'm excited to see Bennett and Watson though, two 96's with a ton of talent. They've been huge for Kingston this season.

Should be a good night for Galchenyuk though, that's 4 of their top 10 scorers gone.

I'm pretty sad that Sarnia doesn't play the Petes anymore this year. Hopefully tonight's game makes up for that a bit.

Galchenyuk is now catching up to Strome with, 56 points in 32 games compared to 64 points in 32 games for Strome.

As Strome is 7 months older than Galchenyuk and a former 5th overall and has not missed any development years it would be pretty impressive if Galchenyuk surpassed him.

Sounds like Boucher flubbed on a perfect opportunity courtesy of Gally.... again.... yeah thank god he's not going to the WJC because these two have supposed chemistry.

And some chippy play with the stick apparently.

It's not going to happen, but imagine Galchenyuk's production if he was to play in the OHL next season!

I think he can, they have been producing at nearly the same rate but Gally is inching closer ever so slowly. It's going to be a matter of GP imo, and Strome really lucked out on those 10 points in 2 games that skyrocketed him initially. Didn't get oo many more of those but Gally has been doing 8 in 2 nights or close to a couple of times.

He is fighting! That's ballsy, props to DeAngelo.. I was reading over on the Sting forum that he is not in a good place right now.

Galchenyuk short handed goal!

Picked up the pass and then went forehand, backhand and slid it past the goalie.

First shorty of the year for Galchenyuk.
