Giants defense is terrible for the third year in a row. Bottom 5-7 in almost every category for both run and pass. Only thing saving them is points allowed which can be attributed to the one area they've been good at -- turnovers.

The offensive line got from the Earth-Wind--Fire days got old and broke down. The secondary isn't that bad when healthy.

The linebacking corps needs an overhaul.

To be honest, I fire the strength and conditioning coach before I overhaul the entire defense

Just because, overall, a team is bad against the run doesn't mean that they will fail to stop the run in certain situations where a run is obvious. You can have the worst defense in the league, but if you are playing against a predictable offense you can be successful in certain situations. And that is just what the Giants have been in the Red Zone this year: predictable. That is why they rank 21st in the league in that category- right along with Jacksonville (20th), the Jets (22nd), and San Diego (23rd). You can't go far in the playoffs if your RZ touchdown percentage is worse than non-playoff teams. And you can't blame only the players, and you can't blame only Eli because this has been a problem for Coughlin's teams since he took over. His teams have finished only once in the last 10 years in RZ touchdown percentage.

Still, this is the second game in a row where Eli has lost the initiative on an early drive. He was bailed out by Wilson last week.

Next week's game in Baltimore is going to be a **** show. Both teams have been garbage lately...both defense have sucked lately...both QB's have had horrible 2nd halves of the season.

And you can't blame a team for failure only because they run some predictable plays now and then. That's ****ing ludicrous and completely takes the blame off of the players when it has to be, at the minimum, 50% on them.

Why do Jets fans know when to blame the players and Giants fans never want to blame them? I never understood this.

Shouldn't have expected to win when our only two good players in the secondary are out. Didn't expect the offense to be so lifeless, though.

For sure. Had a nice camp and them oof.

It makes sense, though. He's from Virginia Tech. The ACC is not where real football is played.

Haven't you learned to expect anything and everything at this point?

We go from blowing out the Packers and the Saints to getting blown out by the Falcons.

Michael Irvin is loving what he's seeing.

Hope the Redskins beat the Browns and the Girls get spanked by the Steelers.

Really wanted to shut up that punk White, too. You'd think after getting embarrassed in the playoffs when he wasn't playing in his piece of **** dome he'd keep his mouth shut.

I wouldn't mind seeing someone hit him up high and wire his jaw shut. Send Will Hill out to do that. He hits like a ****ing truck.

I really cant blame Reese for the depth issue because all the drafting and acquisitions have addressed depth concerns.

These guys get too banged up...more than most teams it seems. Hixon is out every year it seems. Phillips. Tuck is always hurt. Bradshaw is always hurt. Nicks is always hurt. How many tight ends?

Look, they had a really tough schedule for like the third straight year. The Patriots went 13-3 or whatever, went to the SB and got a cupcake schedule, where the only "tough" games they had are at home where they always win. They also play in a fruitcake division.

If you told me 8-6 heading into Week 16 I would have been happy.

Manning can't even complete a simple sideline pass. In a dome.
