Good lord, I never thought about having to deal with Pierre McGuire again so soon. My feeling is that TSN goes with Ferraro for contractual reasons but with McGuire won't be otherwise occupied this year so there's a chance they sneak him in there somehow.

McGuire at least makes the games exciting. He has emotion.
Ferraro is just an absolute buzz kill and one of the worst color commentators in hockey.
Not sure if Pierre is going. I know Ferraro is going forsure (he's on the radio every morning in vancouver and he has said multiple times.) Don't think TSN would send two between the benches guys.
McGuire will be doing commentary and analysis for the NBC driven NHL Network in the USA, just like he did last year.
E.J. Hradek will be doing the analysis for this tournament on the NHL Network, Rob Simpson will be the rinkside reporter. Would rather see McGruire though, he may be annoying. But he really knows his stuff, I love watching games when he is present, I learn something new every time.

You are right though, McGuire does doe the commentary for the NBC Sports Network and regular NBC "Game of the Week" during the NHL regular season. He did a few college hockey games with Doc Emerick (spelling) on the NBC Sports Network this year.

Talk about a contrast. McGuire is crazed and Doc, well Doc should have stayed with his medical practice.
Yeah he gets a lot of flack but i really enjoy the guys commentary, knows a lot about hockey and sometimes a little bit too much about the players personal lives. Very entertaining
