Looking for stats of who assisted to who, total numbers

I thought this was the place to ask for it. How many times a certain player got assisted by a certain other, how many times the first assisted to the second in return. Total per year.

Thanks.

I think it's been resolved. I use it regularly.

The warning is a fake. You can bypass it or if you use IE it won't come up at all.

Matnor posted a couple of threads like that, linked here and here. He compiled the complete numbers through the 2010 season.

Matnor was kind enough to send me the file with the numbers he'd compiled, and I've posted some numbers from it, but I don't think I've posted anything like this before.

Highest % of points assisted on by another player in one season, minimum 10 points
Season Player 1 Player 2 Player 1 Points Points with Player 2 %wP2
1971-72 Steve Cardwell Ron Schock 13 13 100%
1994-95 Mike Peluso Bobby Holik 10 10 100%
1976-77 Pierre Jarry Tim Young 21 19 90%
1998-99 Lubos Bartecko Pavol Demitra 16 14 88%
1982-83 Jari Kurri Wayne Gretzky 103 89 86%
1975-76 Greg Hubick Darryl Sittler 13 11 85%
1999-00 Glen Metropolit Adam Oates 19 16 84%
2009-10 Daniel Sedin Henrik Sedin 85 71 84%
1953-54 Jack McIntyre Larry Wilson 12 10 83%
1984-85 Paul Fenton Ray Ferraro 12 10 83%

Unfortunately these numbers don't include the direction of the play in terms of who set up who.

Why would you use a browser downloader to view a website?

I don't like or use IE myself, just saying, that for some reason you don't get the warning if you use it

There are a series of books for Red Wings with retired numbers (Howe, Yzerman, Lindsay) that have this and more information though not goals scored by another player that both assisted on. Dunno if other players/teams have similar things.

Just wanted to say that Hockey-Reference at least got the info game-by-game and by player, but that means quite a bit of work especially since i'm only looking to add up even strenght totals. But still, it's a list per season.

Just wanted to update everyone.

The issue was a mistake, and it has been resolved. The warning still pops up. Hopefully that is also resolved soon.
