If I were in the Jets front office, I'd lobby for Tebow to start. If he sucks, well he had no trade value anyway. If he wins those two games, his value rises substantially.

He's clearly not going to be a Jet next year, might as well try to get something for him. Gonna get a whole bunch of nothing right now.

What would his value rise to? A conditional 7th round draft pick in the year 2020?

Can somebody finally tell him he`s a TE? Please and thanks.

Yes Lawd, I`m talking to you.

A TE? He has 'no' capacity to catch the ball, the one time they tried to throw to him it hit him in the helmet. A fullback, definitely.

The one time Sanchez tried to run, he met his OL`s ass.

Seriously though, I`m willing to bet it could work if he put some effort into it. He`s a trier.

But yeah, playing him at the fullback position sounds more reasonable.

Your posts are hysterical.

But sadly, you're correct. And that blame goes all the way to MIKE TANNE-BUM!

He's the Ringmaster to this circus with his horrid player-signings and overpaying of unworthy players(Sanchez, Gholston, Holmes...yes...Holmes)

If you're going to play the blame game blame the right guy. It's all Woody Johnson

You can blame Woody for the Tebow circus and the general culture of attention being more important than winning but Tannenbaum's made plenty of hideous draft choices and contract signings without Woody's help.

I don't understand how anyone can say Tebow is a TE or a RB. There is no film on either but people keep spewing it out because of his body frame.

He's a QB. Plain andsimple. You don't get drafted in the 1st round of the NFL draft as a QB, having played QB your whole life, only to be turned into a RB/TE. You save those conversion for late rounders with failing careers.

If you use Tebow in short yardage/goal line situations, he excels. That can't be denied. But if you want him to be successful, you need to keep utilizing him, you need a starting QB who won't get his feelings hurt, and you need to allow Tebow to throw the ball too. He's a gimmick player, but if used correctly, can be very effective.

If I had to take a stab, Smith to the Jets, Tebow to the Jaguars, Vick to the Bills, no idea where Sanchez ends up.

Are the Eagles seriously looking to dump Vick?

Cruz visted Newton to see Pinto's family. Amazing stuff. Really proud that he is on the Giants.

So is Foles going to take over, or will they be looking for a new one?

I think Jets would put way too much pressure on Vick. I don't see him wanting to play there.

He's really shown a solid side of himself in this whole situation towards that family

Look through some of his tweets

INTebow is a complete pile of trash. He's a backup RB in this league. Deal with it..

Which is really impressive with their rookie QB. I think he is the first rookie to do that.

Sanchez, Ryan and Flacco

Edit: First to do it as a top pick though.

And for Cruz, I'm glad to see him do this after all the terrible things I heard about him and his agent when they were filming the Campbell commercials at Red Bull Arena. Wasn't there that day so I can't comment how much of an ass they were.

So what you`re saying is that Tebow would be a perfect backup for Alex Smith?
