Well everyone, in case the world ends Friday and I don't have a chance to say it, it's been real. Have a nice eternity however your religion or lack thereof says you will be spending it.

Anybody in the programming field might wanna give this a look. Barracuda Networks looking for software engineers, two postings based out of Michigan and two out of San Francisco.

If you do apply, just do me a favor and mention where you found the posting at (TeamLiquid.net)

Barracuda's are good devices, but they're expensive for what they do. Probably a neat place to work, though.

Weatherman says that there's a chance of absolute zero there, minor precipitation.

Gmail. They allow transfer of huge files now via Google Drive.

Dropbox. Just zip all of the files and put it in there.

I'm signing the lease on the apartment tomorrow.

Now I need to finish up the "stuff" discussion and then figure out what else I need to beg people for.

Happy OT day is over right? So I can talk about crappy stuff?

The flu made its way through my household over the past week. First my son was throwing up and lethargic for 3 days. Then my daughter. Now pixie feels like she's at death's door which is especially no fun considering she's due to give birth in 8 days. We went from hoping for labor to hoping the baby stays in until she feels well enough to push. I have somehow avoided it thus far, knock on wood.

It hit our house too. First me and then Clock. Baby has escaped it...so far.

I'm expecting vomit on Christmas morning.

Make vomiting before opening presents a Christmas tradition!

Thankfully it only lasted 3 days with the kids and Pix is on day 2. Apparently it's a really bad flu season this year though, like they are talking about closing schools around here. Maybe I should get a flu shot one of these years.

Congrats on getting living space taken care of at least.

It's a Festivus miracle!

To be fair, festivus isn't until the 23rd. This airing of grievances is premature.

We can, however, put up our aluminum pole now

Thanks

Part of me is hoping that she really wants to keep the "good TV" so I can sweet talk my mom into getting a 3D TV to go with the 3D Blu Ray player she got me for my birthday this year.
